Custom cabinetry is not for the faint of heart. From the moment we called Alvaro - we felt we were…read morein the best of hands. We had researched very carefully, and talked to several businesses. Alvaro's tone, direct communication, and responsiveness, in combination with all the great reviews, made it an easy decision, Then, we met with his designer Marc at our home. We lacked kitchen storage and wanted more, and a coffee bar. We wanted to replace a granite topped breakfront with a wood top. Additionally, we needed a sizable bookcase for our office. Marc's got a great eye and even better ears - instead of choosing a trend or dictating what he thought, he carefully listened to our wants and goal of how we wanted the new elements to compliment, but not necessarily match, the existing decor. He understood our space and really guided us to a terrific design. The process was un-rushed and very collaborative. We went back and forth first with sketches, that then became photo-shopped realizations of the furniture in the room, and ultimately he presented architectural drawings that we then signed off on before construction. This is a family business that prides themselves on the craft of their product. Alvaro, his dad (a true master carpenter) and his brother did the construction and installation. They were thoughtful and as they installed and assembled, some things became apparent that we had not considered. It was all addressed with expertise and professionalism, wrapped in a true desire to make the best possible cabinetry for our home. Once done, their retoucher addressed every shadow of imperfection on site. Their finisher addressed the walls and outlets that were damaged by the removal of the granite and the changing of some electrical (which they also oversaw). You can not see a shadow of indication that what they created and installed, has not been there all along. I highly recommend Elites - we will be working with them again as well.

Joe, Carlos, and Omar were efficient, on time, polite, and went out of the way to help in any way they could. We looked forward to when they were here, as they were beyond pleasant. The work was fantastic. They designed and built a large walk in closet where we closed in the atrium. They even did extra work that was not on the list to cover an large section that stuck out due to a wine fridge on the other side. Excellent. They refinished and painted the cupboard doors, new handles and soft close mechanisms. They built a large base for a new countertop as well as a section for the drawer microwave. All perfect. We then asked them to build a floating place unit with hidden doors to hide the wiring and the boxes. I am not paid to say this, I am not family, I am just a very happy client. I would not hesistate to recommend them to anyone. Michael

He gave me solutions when other contractors told me to figure out an alternative (e.g. two previous contractors told me to buy a certain type of vanity based on the location of a pipe and John opened the wall and said, "Nope, I can move or reroute the pipe, there isn't any electrical or anything in the way that prevents it"). I have a handful of examples like that, and it made me realize that the others just wanted to do everything the easy way. He also found a potentially catastrophic problem under one of the showers that had previously been missed. I am in a service business and I am very critical about customer service... so, here goes... These guys DELIVER! My wife decided it was time to update our living room beginning with upgrading the empty nook space with built-in cabinets and shelves. She found these guys and I am so glad she did. They are a father & son who have started a business together. Gotta love that! The did EVERYTHING they promised. Everything was done when they said it would be. The price was exactly what they promised. The work was clean. They took my wife's ideas and her Pinterest collage and created EXACTLY what we were looking for - even when we didn't know. When they thought our idea would look bad, they told us...and offered a solution. When we were not quite sure what we wanted for a particular thing, they brainstormed with us. When we made changes in the middle of the project, they not only rolled with it, but suggested how the changes could be even better. The best part, though, was this: I watched them work. I watched them measure and measure and measure again until each element was perfect. While they worked quickly, they were not in any hurry. It seemed more important to be good than be fast. The last thing I will say is this: They were just good people. It's hard to find anymore; a service business with integrity. These guys are the real deal!!
