Last I posted, we regularly had specific instructors out to the venue. The budget for said instructors was cut and now they do not teach here anymore. (2) Food and drink are still mediocre. We usually eat elsewhere in old town if we do eat. (3) It's dirty. Hairballs roll by while dancing like tumbleweeds in the high desert. It is a dance floor and the floor should be taken care of. Instead, my husband and I are constantly kicking things off the floor so no one slips and falls. (Rhinestones, bandaids, fake nails) (4) Things are still broken. Electrical problems, plumbing issues, lockers, broken floor boards that have been broken for years and trip hazards in the cement. Stools and tables broken. The thing that keeps us coming back here are the people. We've seen a lot of turnover over the years but the ones who have stayed long enough (that we have gotten to know) are amazing. It would not be the same place without them. We adore them all and when someone leaves - whether to move on to another place or taking a LOA - we are always so sad to see them go. They make this place fun and inviting (and safe).

They play a lot of advanced dances, barely any that are country songs, and the dances for them are so strange I would call it interpretive dance before I call it line dancing. Maybe this review is more a critique on the state of line dancing scene. Just not a great environment with people I'd rather not spend any more time with.

A Special Place for Our Family -- From Vision to Reality!…read more Europa Village Winery was the perfect place for a memorable date night! My wife surprised me with this experience because she knows how much I love wine and spending time at wineries, and she absolutely nailed it. We started our evening at the Secret Room Speakeasy, enjoying cocktails, delicious burrata, and fried calamari before heading over to enjoy some red wines. The combination of great food, drinks, and the beautiful winery atmosphere made for a wonderful evening together. What makes Europa Village especially meaningful to us is our family's personal connection to the project. My family was one of the founding members involved during its early days, so seeing how far it has come and what it has become today as a destination for visitors and wine lovers is truly an incredible experience. Watching the vision unfold into what Europa Village is now fills us with a tremendous sense of pride and appreciation. It was more than just a date night for us. It was an opportunity to revisit a place connected to our family's history, reflect on how much it has grown, and appreciate the experience it offers to so many people today. A special thank-you to my wife for planning such a thoughtful surprise and bringing me somewhere that means so much to us. If you're looking for a romantic getaway with cocktails, delicious appetizers, beautiful surroundings, and excellent red wine, Europa Village is absolutely worth visiting. Great wine, wonderful ambiance, meaningful memories, and a beautiful story behind it all. We'll definitely be back!

Very Disappointing Experience - Bolero at Europa Village…read more I am not a member of Europa Village, but I went to Bolero specifically because I wanted to try their "large seafood paella." Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We were a group of 10 people, and our server was very pushy about ordering the chicken paella and suggested getting two small paellas instead of the large seafood paella we originally wanted. I felt like she was not listening to what our group actually wanted, and the service was not good. The seafood paella was $70, which I expected to be worth the price. Unfortunately, the rice was burned, and there was almost no seafood--just one shell and a very tiny piece of calamari buried in a large amount of rice. The rice tasted like packaged or prepared rice, rather than freshly made paella. We also tried the chicken paella, and it was just as disappointing. There was only one piece of chicken with a large amount of rice, and nobody in our group liked it. Almost everyone at our table had a negative comment about the paella. In the end, we were so disappointed that we left most of the food and threw it away. For $70, I expected a much better-quality dish, especially from a winery restaurant. The should call "RICE PAELLA," Unfortunately, the food and service did not live up to our expectations, and I would not order the paella again.

Communication with Lucy was seamless--all I really had to do to prepare was send an inspiration board and ask a few questions about accommodating some items we wanted to bring. Set menu planning was easy, and Lucy helped project costs to make sure we met the minimum. I was blown away when I saw it all come together. Kelly, the owner, took such careful care of us. She photographed the event and shared the photos with me afterward, and she took the time to walk us through each dish and the thought behind the ingredients, which made the food taste even better. She gathered the whole group for a photo, and once everyone left, she offered me a cold drink to help me unwind (she must have noticed how stressed I was, lol). All in all, I'd absolutely host another private event here. Thank you, Luke's On Front, for your hospitality and for making our event so special.

Good variety of dishes from pastas to burgers to steaks and seafood. For my dinner selection I went with the NY Strip (medium rare). There is a pat of bleu cheese compound butter which you can use to add some extra flavor, although I didn't think my steak needed any. Solid restaurant with great vibes!

Got some steps in to get to the entrance. Live band was playing when we arrived 5:40 on a Friday. That was nice cause it wasn't too loud and it wasn't too soft. "Just right". We were seated right away and I enjoyed the environment. Old West meets, new school feel. I'm bad with names but our server was amazing, super friendly and patient. Me and my date (spouse) were chatting more than looking at the menu We appreciated our servers patience while deciding what to order. Once we made our order the drinks, the appetizer and food came out with great timing. The food was fresh with great portions. Chimchurri is excellent. We went and sat at the bar, only to find out it was closed. The manager came by, took our order, and said it was on the house since no one served us. Very cool and much appreciated. We got seated at our table, and the service was so slow that we waited 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order or refill our drinks. We ordered our food, and it took another 45 minutes before we asked how much longer it would take for our food to come out. Our food came out staggered. The fish and chips weren't cooked all the way, the crane asada fries lacked flavor, and the fish tacos weren't cooked all the way. We never saw a waiter again. I had to find the manager to get our bill, and he said they were short-handed, but that's still no excuse for poor service. Also, the entertainment was like a bad karaoke night with no change in singers. Overall, I was very disappointed because I really liked this place before. I doubt I will be back.

There was only 1 server who was doing the best she could. I don't think i will go back.
