We schedule the cleaning and the rest as they say was history. But I will tell you about it! Lauren's team came through right on time as they said. I left my house in their hands as I headed out for work. Lauren came across something and immediately reached out to me to make me aware; I very much appreciated that. Long story short, I returned to an immaculate house. What I paid was well worth it, no doubt about it. I will definitely be booking Lauren and her team in the future for home cleanings.

I said I'll pay whatever it is to upgrade if it is an upgrade I have 6 pieces of furniture to dust it vacuum the guy went outside with his phone in a huff then came back complaining then the other workers all chatting with him I'm like what is going on ???? We resolved the issue they stayed about 3 hours leaning one by one and the main guy was left. The kitchen counter tops were still dirty the hardwood floors had crumbs and dust on them and my master bathroom floor was still dirty. No baseboards cleaned no attention to detail. A deep clean should be nooks and cranny's for a 2 bedroom townhouse it was a total rip off. I called the owner she apologized I paid over 900.00 and she was crediting me back 100. What joke. They charged extra for each oven but don't clean my molding ???? We have not lived in this townhouse for 2 years. It needed a true deep cleaning it was definitely neglected but I had a freshly painted it and thought a deep clean was called for. Apparently their idea of a deep clean and mine differ. Lesson jea

I encountered Travis, and when I tell you, his professionalism and customer service was above and beyond. Ryan was my sales person whom we hit it off instantly I explained to him that I had other vendors come. I wasn't looking to beat around the bush. This was my budget and from there the contract was signed. Ryan quoted me on the spot, took the necessary measurements and pictures And beat all competitors pricing. The installers Jimmy and Anthony came in the morning and was done before 1 o'clock in the afternoon. My house was clean as though they weren't even there in and out with no hassle and no mess. They were super friendly professional, and did an amazing job I couldn't recommend a better window company and I'm so glad I went with Markeys. I feel an instant difference on so many levels with the new windows. No more outside sounds no more bugs and my heat actually stays in the house no drafts no breezes. About 2 years in we started getting multiple cracks, the cracks were large and ran across the width of the driveway- I contact Amwell, Thomas, and asked him to come take a look. It took several calls before he finally showed up. He told us he would be able to fix the cracks but he was very busy right now so he will let us know. Several weeks passed and I never heard from him. When I finally was able to reach him again to see if he could give us a date to return to fix the cracks he said he didn't know if he had time to fix the driveway since he was so busy. Sadly I cannot give Amwell Paving & Masonry a good review. While initially I thought this would…read morework out well as the owner, Tommy, quoted me $2500 for the entire two part job. It was a competitive price and honestly the best I'd gotten from checking with three other Masonry Companies. I should have realized something was wrong when Tommy called me two days before the scheduled work to try to come the following day, as he'd had a cancellation. Normally not an issue, but he called me at 9pm at night and I had other things going on the following day. In addition to this, I had to pester Tommy about a formal written estimate, which I finally got in writing via an email. It was a short paragraph that was missing the total for the job, and wasn't on any letterhead or even in a format or on a form. All I had was Tommy's verbal estimate from when he came to see what I needed. On the day the work was to commence, Tommy came with his crew of two other men. While he did an acceptable job on the Asphalt Repaving of my driveway, the cement slab he laid on the side of my house for my garbage cans remains unfinished. He left a crowbar, a dirt mound, the wood planks in place and several other bits and pieces. I had asked him to lay a second slab of concrete because the first one was too little in length. He said, "No problem and that he had to be back next week anyway to finish.". After about three phone calls from me Tommy finally responded and said he'd call me the next day to set something up. When he didn't call, I called him, my fourth call of the week and he said he'd be there the next day in the afternoon to finish. He never showed up. He never called or texted me. I finally sent a text saying we were done and that I could not give him a good review. Last, but by far not least, at about 3:30pm on the day of the job, he approached me about payment. I was going to give him either a credit card or a check which is standard, although some companies let you pay online or bill you. Tommy gave me none of those options; instead he asked for CASH!!! $2500 CASH!!! He said this was because he pays his crew in cash. Honestly I don't want to know he pays his crew in cash, but I was still shocked. I had no prior knowledge from Tommy about this, not in his initial visit or in his email estimate! So, at the end of the day he springs this on me. I had to get in my car at 3:40pm in the afternoon on a Friday and rush to my Bank to withdraw $2500 dollars in cash!!! Poorly done. The communication and professionalism from Tommy was sorely lacking, I felt disrespected and felt like I was treated very discourteously. I was left with an unfinished job and was forced to find another Mason to finish it. I cannot recommend Amwell.

They are hardworking and pleasant to deal with. The hardest part for me was knowing what I want and how I wanted it. They made that process as painless as possible. So very very Happy with the work they did and how my backyard hardscape/landscape turned out. And they clean up after themselves which can't be said about a lot landscapers.
