Despite our many requests and changes, he was always patient and gave us quick turnarounds every time. We actually called the headquarter of KITH cabinet/https://kithkitchens.com/ to find out their official kitchen store in Union county and they said 'My house kitchen'! I also compared the costs against several other kitchen stores and he had the best prices. His partner Alex, owner of Dano Development, led the remodeling project of our kitchen, bath and home. He was very communicative, thoughtful and professional and we couldn't ask for more! Bora and Alex worked together well and finished the project on time and stayed within the budget. We were so worried about our remodeling project at first due to our friend's bitter experience. We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman​ fix it." She intuitively picked out materials that appealed to us, including the tile, countertops, custom cabinetry, and fixtures. Along with Brian, the estimator, she came up with an ingenious use of the existing small space for an expanded walk-in shower and vanity area. Zoriana created a CAD rendering of the project, so we were able to clearly visualize what it will look like. Monks met our budget, and we are excited to proceed with the job. The cabinetry turned out beautifully, and they navigated our creaky old ceiling and floor. We had some weird areas, like gaps and an unusually-shaped peninsula, and they easily made it work. They take into account the over-all look of the design instead of just applying quick fixes. These guys get high marks for reponsiveness; I think we had four in-person on site meetings before we signed on. Throughout the process, they were there for us, for our many questions and concerns. After we met IK, heard their ideas and shared some of our dream items for our family home, we decided to re-design our ENTIRE apartment using IK as our design team for architectural services and selections across 2300 interior square feet. I initially engaged Rene to assist us with getting cabinets for a kitchen remodel. I was certain…read morewhat I wanted, having renovated three kitchens before, and was having difficulty finding precisely what we were looking for - or at least finding it for a reasonable price. We used the Decora cabinets Rene suggested, and we are thrilled with them. The quality of the cabinets is just about as good as any you could buy, and our contractor remarked more than once how well they were made, as well as how perfect the finish is. When one cabinet arrived damaged by the shipper, Rene got us a replacement in very little time to keep the project on schedule. We also had a custom range hood made, and found Decora super easy to deal with in terms of price and time. Beyond helping us get exactly what we wanted (and completely within budget), Rene's suggestions and ideas from a design perspective brought our project to another level. The cabinets are merely a product, but Rene is an asset. We incorporated very single suggestion she made, and could not be happier.
