The wait was unfortunately longer than expected (I was told 5-10min but ended up waiting about 20min for my 2 drinks, which were the Pandan Coconut Coffee and a hot Vietnamese Coffee). There were only about 2 people working, with one lady constantly running back and forth between the counter and the kitchen/cooking area. She was very nice, but I could tell how difficult it must be with such limited space. The Pandan Coconut Coffee had a nice pandan and coconut aroma, but I'm not sure if there was any coffee actually in the drink and if there was it was very minimal, so I was a bit disappointed by that, and my parents had noted that the hot coffee was lukewarm at best. I think I would give this place another shot though, not during the weekend, and perhaps try out some items from the food menu.

Tip: This place is on Fantuan…read more My friend, who is also my co-worker, and I were having lunch last Wednesday. He told me about See You and raved about how much he loved the drinks here. I trust his recommendations and did a bit of research as we ate and talked. I noticed that See You is on Fantuan (or should I say that I see you, See You, on Fantuan) and had half-priced drinks. Yes, please! The green apple coconut latte caught my attention. It was such a cool combination that I had to try it. This drink was regularly $8. I got it for $4 before taxes, which felt like I was running away with murder. I got it with my usual less ice. There was an option to make this drink hot. I'd rather have it iced. The estimate was twenty minutes for my drink to be made. It was enough time for me to drive over here from my workplace. My friend said that it was in a plaza with a T&T Supermarket. He steered me correctly over here. I'll need to visit this supermarket some other day. I was trying to get home before the hailstorm happened. I got caught in the middle of it. See You is next to a malatang eatery. I'd love to go there sometime, too. There was lots of parking. I backed in to a spot near the entrance and walked in. A friendly female greeted me. I let her know that I was picking up a Fantuan ordered and rattled off the last three digits of my order. My drink was on the counter and was ready. I thanked her, took a few photos of this aesthetically pleasing cafe, and headed to my car. The photo on Fantuan showed this drink having coffee on top and green coconut beverage on the bottom. I didn't get the green part. It looked like white coconut beverage. It was a minor detail. However, what I saw on the menu versus what I got was a bit misleading. I liked this drink a lot. As a fruit person, I was hoping that if you are leading with green apple in your drink's name that it's the prominent taste that you get. There were hints of green apple after I had stirred it. The coffee was much stronger, followed by the coconut beverage. It was cold and yummy. I didn't mind the stronger coffee taste. Maybe it's because I've been drinking Vietnamese iced coffee more lately that it has prepared me for this drink. I will probably fair better with a fruit-based drink, as that's my norm. I'll need to head back and get one. This place also has yogurt bowls with fruit. I'd love to try one. It's $4 off a yogurt bowl on Fantuan. There's a yogurt- and coconut milk-based bowl. It looks large, so I may need to split it into two meals or bring a friend. I'll be back! (388)

We ended up finding this place right next door and we were curious after looking at the front of the building, so we decided to go in and get our drinks from here. This place is pristine and the decor and design looks both cute and minimalist. It turns out this place specializes in these yummy looking yogurt bowls with fresh fruit toppings, so there's a glass display with all of the different yogurt bases and the fresh fruits you can choose from to complete your bowl. I did not get a yogurt fruit bowl but it is very tempting and I might get some in the near future. I looked at the menu and we were impressed with the variety of options. They had lemon teas and other Chinese teas, rice-based drinks, coffee, and so on. There's information on calories for each drink if you're interested. It kind of reminds me of the variety of drinks they have at To Go Coffee. I ended up having the Guava lemon tea and my boyfriend got the Osmanthus oolong tea. As usual, they let you customize the sugar and ice level. I was quite pleased with my drink. I am very particular about people putting whole fruits in my drink (especially seeded fruits; a few seeds were able to pass through the skinny straw that they gave me which I didn't enjoy). That being said, I did order a lemon drink so it can't be helped. Also, I'm glad they only put a single wedge; other places like to overdo it. My boyfriend also said he liked his drink. I think this is a nice drink place to try if you're in the area, or if you're eyeing their yogurt bowls. Their drink selection is quite expansive and I'm already planning my return.

There are various seating options: regular tables, couches, couches on a stage, round couch, low tables, and stand-up counters. There is medium-loud Vietnamese jazz music from 1960s-1970s. There is even 5 large clocks showing 5 timezones (the clocks are not moving) and different unrelated posters. Some of the furniture are also from 1960s-1970s. This is still a popup bar at night called "No Idea". Khong Biet means "no idea" in Vietnamese. Will close Oct for 6 months for a complete renovation. They sIster called "Majong Bar". They have run various popups in the past including a Banh Mi popup. The Vietmese chef (one of the owners) uses specialized techniques in his banh mi. Egg banh mi's are a popular item fir breakfast, so i had to try one. I ordered the following: 1. Latte ($6.00). 2. Banh Mi Trung ($12.00). Egg Banh Mi. For the Egg Banh Mi, you can choose sunny-side-up or omelet; I chose omelet. It comes with a sweet-soy sauce (subtle taste). The omelet was good. The baguette is sourced from a bakery but toasted before using. One issue about traditional banh mi is that the toppings totally covered the main ingredient but the omelet and sunny-side-up versions show the main ingredient prominently. The customer service was good. There is no free WiFi. The cafe is wheelchair accessible but there is no door-open button. There are two gender-neutral washrooms but they are not wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2026-165

I let the employee named Andrew know and he promptly apologized and asked me to come in for either a refund or a beef banh mi on the house. I ended up picking up the beef Bánh mì. The chicken was good but a teensy bit on the dry side and the beef was fantastic. There is depth to the flavours. It tastes like there may be shrimp paste or something of the sort inside the mayo, but it's subtle. The flavour profile of the pickled radish and carrot is perfect. I would have liked more cucumber but that can easily be solved by asking for extra. Both buns were very fresh but a little too sweet for me personally. (Take that with a grain of salt as I don't like my bread sweet at all.) The hot sauce was spicy and bursting with delicious flavour. Overall the food was fresh, flavourful and layered and the customer service was top tier.

Pistachio Coconut Drink ($7.50). 2. Nem Nuong Nha Trang Banh Mi ($11.99). 3. Purple Rice dessert (free during soft-opening). The customer service was good. The drink and food tasted good. The banh mi bread was definitely deep red and crunchy. The Nem Nuonh sausage was very tasty. There was also pate, pickled carrots, pickled radish, and cucumber. I definitely have to come back to try other drinks and banh mi! The banh mi is packed in a cute takeout box, the size of a single banh mi. They also have a pretty takeout bag. There are some vegetarian options. Their ingredients are prepared fresh daily at their huge St. Clair location and delivered to each location. They also sell coffee beans imported from Vietnam. The coffee drinks will keep you awake 5-7 hours! There is counter seating with stools. There are a few electrical plugs. The neighbourhood/seniors/students get 15% off.
