Came here after receiving a giftcard for christmas. I decided to try something I have never done…read morebefore- dry brushing and a salt body scrub followed by a 60 min massage. Wow, dry brushing and the salt scrub was PAINFUL. At one point I thought to myself, why am I paying someone to torture me? LOL The dry brushing felt like someone scraping my skin with a course brush only to be followed by being rubbed with sandpaper (the salt scrub). After the fact when I felt my skin, I was amazed. My skin felt soft as a babies butt! I am not exaggerating, I have never felt my skin be so smooth. Will I do it again? Probably not- it's just not worth the pain or the high price. The massage was epic. Rose gave me one of the best massages of my life. She is so in tune to your body, your energy and that gives her insight on how to help loosen your muscles and get to the root of your pain. I have had deep myofascial work done over the past year, and I was super impressed that when I told her what areas were bothering me, she addressed other parts of my body that contributed to the pain. Most massage therapists dont have the training to know this and will treat the symptom (where it hurts) but wont treat the source which is usually another area of the body that isnt tender or in pain. She knows her stuff and is a pro! She is so good I am looking to have a massage by her again next month if my schedule allows. Every bit of tension, every knot was worked out by her. I left feeling like I was floating on air!

However, neither of us realized that the treatment involved an extended hair washing process. As a Black woman with coiled hair, having my hair repeatedly washed, rubbed, and tangled for such a long period caused significant breakage and hair loss. What may work for other hair types was not a good fit for mine. I also felt uncomfortable at the end of the appointment when I was asked to leave a review while the employee stood nearby watching. I felt pressured to leave a 5-star review rather than honestly rate my experience. During checkout, there was confusion regarding a gift card. I was told there was no way to see the balance because the system changed. Since I had never used the card before, she requested that a manager verify the balance. She could not get her boss on the phone so said she would trust me. At that point, I chose to leave. This service may be enjoyable for some people, but it was not the right experience for me. Based on my experience, I would not return. By the way I didn't get a head message or neck massage. I saw others getting pampered. Unbelievable!!!

Imagine one therapist giving you the Diamond facial while you get a massage from another therapist at the same time! And the reason they call it a "duet" is because they've fine tuned how to move in sync with each other. I wasn't sure if I'd like four hands working on me, but this was the most unbelievable experience! My whole body melted into the table. I rarely ever write reviews, but when i experience something with such excellence I love letting everyone know! In my first review, I wrote about how my husband and I have tried spas everywhere in the world. To really feel like Culture is one of the best, and it's in Frisco too is amazing! Since I'd experienced their wonderful Relaxation Room before, i even went a half hour early and stayed another hour after just reading and taking time to exhale in that quiet, peaceful space. Both my husband and teenage son said that my face was glowing when i got back! The best! My husband decided it's his turn and went today for his own experience! Thank you Culture Day Spa for being the most wonderful, much needed escape. For always making the experience so personal and above my expectations. 10/10 -- Ask for Jenny!…read more I had a last-minute appointment at Lemon Tree Massage today and happened to book Jenny for the second time. I'm so glad I did. I had been dealing with shoulder blade pain for almost a month and a half, and Jenny immediately knew where to focus. I simply showed her where it hurt, and she quietly got to work. I requested extra CBD oil, and she spent nearly the entire first hour working very carefully and thoroughly on the area--releasing so much tension, pain, and knots. What impressed me most was that she still managed her time so well. She worked through the rest of my body, so nothing was left untouched. By the end, my shoulder felt so much lighter, and I could move my neck and shoulder much more freely. She also incorporated hot stones and cupping, which helped release even more tension. I've tried 20+ massage places across the Metroplex over 15+ years, and Jenny is honestly one of the best massage therapists I've ever experienced. Her technique, tenderness, attention to detail, and professionalism really stood out to me. If you're looking for someone who actually listens to where you're hurting and takes the time to work through it carefully, I highly recommend asking for Jenny. Thank you, Jenny, for taking such good care of me!

They DO NOT accept HSA credit card…read more I had an incredible full body massage this afternoon, with hot stones and cupping, but when I went to pay it was very unfortunate to learn they didn't accept my HSA credit card. I would recommend the business to list they don't accept this kind of payment somewhere we can see online before booking time.

I've never received chocolate in my massage room before and was such an unexpected delight. Love the decor and serenity of the rooms. The actual massage room was beautiful, very clean and even had hair ties available, which I'd totally forgot to bring. The attention to detail was so appreciated and found everywhere. I used the CBD oil, next time I'll also incorporate the amazing smelling eucalyptus aromatherapy offer. My masseuse was Mark, I swear his hands were magical, I've never had my body mapped out and kinks worked out so well! He even took the time while writing out my recommendation card to show me an exercise I can do at home to continue to help out. Mark's magic hands paired with the attention to detail and customer service led me to sign up for their 2 hour membership package!

I initially sought treatment for what I believed was a frozen left shoulder. After completing 12…read moresessions of SoftWave therapy without improvement in my range of motion, I began physical therapy. My therapist recommended massage therapy to help release the severe muscle tightness around my scapula, armpit, and collarbone. My session with Naomi was excellent. She took the time to understand my pain, limitations, and restricted range of motion. While some of the work was painful due to the extent of my muscle tightness, she was skilled, patient, and respectful of my boundaries throughout the session. She managed to effectively address problem areas without pushing beyond what I could tolerate. Because of how positive the experience was, I signed up for a monthly membership and scheduled a longer follow-up session with Naomi. The facility itself was clean, quiet, and relaxing, which made the experience even better. Unfortunately, shortly afterward I learned that my shoulder issue was more serious than originally thought. Imaging revealed a torn ligament that will require surgery. As a result, I called to cancel my membership since I would not be able to receive massage therapy for an extended period while awaiting surgery and recovery. When I called, I explained my medical situation to the receptionist. She told me my membership would be canceled and even wished me a successful surgery and recovery. However, I was later charged for another month. When I called back, I was informed that cancellation requires a separate form and signature. This information was never provided during my initial cancellation call. My concern is not with the quality of the massage services or Naomi, who was wonderful. My concern is the inconsistency in information provided regarding membership cancellation. If you decide to sign up for a membership, make sure you obtain all cancellation requirements in writing and confirm that any necessary forms have been completed. Depending on who you speak with, you may receive different information. It is frustrating to be charged for services that I am medically unable to use, especially after making a good-faith effort to cancel the membership when I learned surgery was necessary.
