He will tell you if something doesn't need to be done, or if it can be done at less cost. He's also a really nice guy. These are some of the things he helped us with: Switching our email system from Google Workspace to Microsoft Office 365 for business, including email migration, calendars, and files shared between all the users, He synced our computers and mobile phones, and backed up emails. He also set up Office online so we could have access to our files and contacts when not in the office. He set up daily computer backups on a local network storage device and to a cloud service. Oren suggested installing remote access on our computers so he could do evaluations and diagnostics remotely. That really came in handy for us as he was able to provide support even when he was elsewhere or had a break between clients but was too far to make an in-person visit. IT consulting and training. Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues. I highly recommend Oren at Restart Computer Services for your computer needs for office or home use. He's very good at explaining things so if you don't know how to do something, he'll show you how.

I explained and was told they would try to make a bit more room in the sleeves for me, if possible. Within 10 minutes I tried on the dress again and it felt SO much better and fit great. I really appreciate that they listened to me and made every effort for the dress fit me beautifully. Note: If you arrive on the weekend and the building is locked, just give them a call and they'll come get you! The building is an office building so the front door locks on the weekends.

I contacted them and I have to say I did not have a positive experience with this company. They quoted me a diagnostic fee to come out but I was charged $10 extra at the initial appointment which I did not contest as the entire amount applies to the repair. The technician took a long time to diagnose the issue but what took longer was the process of getting them to come back for the actual repair work. The front desk lady never answers your calls and is very slow in following up with the questions, ordering parts, and scheduling a repair appointment except of course for the initial diagnostic new client appointment. They just slow walk the rest of the process. I am not paying a discounted fee for the service but I sure feel that they provided a subpar discounted customer service for the entire experience. To be fair, the issue was fixed at the end.

I finally let my computer update to Windows 10 and what happens next? I can no longer access any of my files, my office programs, and since I work from home, this is my entire life, how I make my living, gone... I called a few places locally and they sounded like they had no idea what they could do to fix it, or if they could, they would have to send it out to some facility and charge thousands of dollars. The next day I had practically given up, but leaving my doctors office, I saw their sign directly across from the intersection "We Fix Computers". Now I was very skeptical since I thought this was a medical building, but after looking at my computer for only a few minutes, they told me they isolated the corrupt windows update file and were able to fix it for a very very reasonable price! Considering my entire income is based in this computer, I couldn't thank them enough for saving my computer and my home-business! Don't be fooled by the lack of advertisement, these people know what they are doing and they are extremely friendly and accommodating, so don't be me and regret not coming to these guys sooner! My only complaint is that I wish I had known about these guys sooner!!! I almost waited too long before my computer and all of my data were gone forever!!!! I couldn't believe my ears when they said they could actually RECOVER ALL of my pictures, decades of photo scans, digitally converted files and old projector slides, etc... and my entire movie/music collection restored all on a brand new drive! these guys are cutting edge, they may be small but they have good, friendly customer service, they are extremely knowledgeable and I feel comfortable and at ease bringing my family's devices to this business!!! Brought my desktop in along with my wife's iphone, I got the run around being told everywhere else "we have to send it out to our off-site techs, it'll take a few days to ship out." The technicians knew immediately what the issues were with both devices, we got good, fair estimates, approved the work order and less than 2 hours everything was ready to pick up! My desktop drive was upgraded to a Solid State Drive from whatever 10-year old spinning drive was originally in there (breathes new life into this thing!!!) and my wife is happy that her iphone now gets reception, can hear and has a screen that isn't cracked! My holiday will be a lot easier with these two chores out of the way, and the techs here made everything easy to understand, and fixed everything unbelievably fast! read more

Outstanding customer service all the way around! I was a little apprehensive about going to this place I had never been to before, but after I reminded myself of my past experiences with other places like Best Buy and Office Depot, I figured I could give C2 a shot. Turns out they were able to find and fix problems I've been having with this computer for years. My wife and I ended up paying well over $700 in repairs to office depot and best buy just for this one computer, but we got a very reasonable price from these guys here and within 2 days of dropping it off, everything was fixed and ready to go! Absolutely Fantastic!!! The ONLY Repair Center in SOMD!!! I took my computer here a few weeks ago because it wouldn't turn on. Other repair "shops", or "complete failures" as I like to refer to Big Buy Office Chain Depot stores and such, quoted me hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a simple repair! The other guys tried convincing me that I would be better off buying a new computer, but C2 Computers set me up with a brand new SOLID STATE Drive, and now my 10 year old computer is faster than ever before! read more
