I was very respectful and kind and dropped my shoes off on Oct 14, today is Nov 21. After the initial drop off the owner assured me he could repair the shoes. Im a patient person but at some point the patience runs out. I walked in again about 2 weeks later to give him time since no one contacted me for p/u and was told he is behind and would take care of it so waited a few more weeks called to check and was told its still not done but would put a note in for owner. Fast forward another week no one has contacted me so I decided today to go in to check again. Guess what?! The shoes are still in the same spot. They actually look worse from the the drop off so that's a whole other story. I asked for my item back and decided to warn everyone. Dont be like me. Stay away from this tacky place with its tacky owner. There are plenty reputable cleaners in our area. Use them or go out of town. You have been forewarned.

After items are made, a fitting (or fittings) occur(s) until you are completely happy- and my family has some nit-picky members! Make sure you ONLY buy from the tons of fabric remnants- if you do, a custom suit is MUCH less than a ready-made suit from most better stores and fine stores (and it's worlds better than Brooks' Brothers and Nordstrom's.). Definitely try to negotiate - you will usually walk away with a somewhat thicker wallet (or, if you are as happy as we are, you will suddenly remember the need for an extra blazer!! They sell well and we do leave happy.). If you don't choose a remnant, though, you will pay dearly. Overall, a very worthwhile drive! We would never buy a good suit or blazer elsewhere!

The only complaint, is one of our groomsmen has his cuff rip off his shirt at the end of the night. However I am so so disappointed in the work Olga did on my bridesmaids dress. This was my second time working with her and the first time she did a great job adding a corset to the back of my dress to fit my pregnant belly, though it did run me about $250, which hurt. This time going to Olga though, it cost the same amount, $250, and she hemmed the dress and added cups. She did not take the dress in on the sides like we discussed so the dress does not fit at all. When I tried it on at the store, I asked what could be done about the fit of the dress and she said "nothing, it's just the dress." I'm not the expert, she is. So I didn't say anything. However, the bridesmaids dress I have is nothing special and there is zero reason it couldn't be taken in to actually fit me. Especially for $250. Not only that, but the cups were sewn in so wonky that the fabric is all bunched and pulled across the chest. I had to cut them out. And to top it off, she did not hem it short enough. Now I'm left scrambling days before this wedding trying to jury-rig this dress to make it fit and look presentable. I don't know what to do. I'm no seamstress, so it looks pretty awful. So overall, I spent $250 for a hem and cups that I had to cut out.

She did not mention that this would not be enough time to alter my dress when I initially booked the appointment over the phone. She didn't ask any follow-up questions and just booked me. Fast forward to today, I go in and arrive 15 minutes early to be courteous and punctual. I awkwardly stand there for 5 minutes without any acknowledgment, and then a women (I'm assuming is her) comes over and takes my dress. When she is going to hang it up, I asked her if it was okay that I brought a second dress (my rehearsal dinner dress) but before I could even finish she harshly cuts me off and told me "you need sit down, I have another client". I was very taken aback but how rude she was and it honestly caught me off guard. It was so bad I almost debated just taking my dress back and leaving but because I had waited a month for this appointment and my wedding was in a month, I figured I might as well see it through. Huge mistake. I change into my dress and describe to her the alternations I was looking for, which is to shorten it a little and also remove the breast cups. I did not think it was a significant amount of alternations but she seemed to think so. She then proceeded to tell me that she "may" be able to do it, but then looked at her calendar and said that she couldn't guarantee it. I honestly was so confused because she knew my wedding date when she booked this consultation appointment. If it wasn't something that could be done I feel she should've just told me up front rather than let me wait until the appointment. At that point I didn't even put up a fight as in the back of my mind, I knew I wouldn't have been comfortable with her altering my dresses anyways. She gave off the impression that if anything needed tweaking or wasn't to your satisfaction you would be SOL. All in all, a huge waste of my time. It would've been less of a bad experience if she wasn't so rude upfront. I'm starting to think her 5-star google reviews are faked, as at least on Yelp there are a few honest reviews that mention her bad attitude to her clients so it seems to be a common theme. I had passed this place on my way to drop my daughter at gymnastics and it seemed convenient. My first impression at walking in the door was how bright and clean it was. Everything looks well maintained and the machines are high quality. I must have looked like a deer in the headlights as I stood at the machine to purchase a laundry card. One of the very friendly staff members was right there to help me purchase a card and figure out how much to load based on what I needed to wash. She also helped me figure out the best machines for the amount of laundry I had. As I sit here, another staff member has been cleaning and wiping down machines. I was absolutely dreading coming to the laundromat this morning, but if I hadn't purchased a new washer and dryer yesterday, I would have totally been okay delaying my purchase for a couple weeks to bring my laundry here.
