The staff is so friendly and helpful! I love how you get a card to load onto for the machines so you can avoid lugging quarters around everywhere. Super affordable in comparison to other laundry mats i've visited in the past- the machines all work and my laundry smelled amazing coming out of every single one! The woman who owns/runs this dry cleaners is so incredibly rude! We have used this dry cleaners…read moresince it opened, because it is convenient despite being overpriced, but we won't use them again. I took several dresses in for alterations, which she proceeded to screw up by only taking in the front of the shoulders, not equally from the front and back. When I returned with the dresses to have them fixed (having paid, taken them home, tried them on, and discovered the mistake) the woman was so unbelievably rude. After arguing with her for 15 minutes, she agreed to "do the best she could" to fix them, which didn't amount to much. When we picked up our final order from her for just dry cleaning, she was beyond rude, returning the clothes with stains, and attaching a note that said "this is the best we could do." Between the bizarre note (she has never said anything before or attached a note) and her awful attitude, it seems as though she's holding some sort of grudge from screwing up the alterations. Bottom line: avoid this overpriced place like the plague, and take your dry cleaning elsewhere.

You are not just a number - she treats you like so many of the businesses treated customers when I was growing up in Westminster and it had a bit more of a small-town feel. I was very respectful and kind and dropped my shoes off on Oct 14, today is Nov 21. After the initial drop off the owner assured me he could repair the shoes. Im a patient person but at some point the patience runs out. I walked in again about 2 weeks later to give him time since no one contacted me for p/u and was told he is behind and would take care of it so waited a few more weeks called to check and was told its still not done but would put a note in for owner. Fast forward another week no one has contacted me so I decided today to go in to check again. Guess what?! The shoes are still in the same spot. They actually look worse from the the drop off so that's a whole other story. I asked for my item back and decided to warn everyone. Dont be like me. She took her time pinning the hem and she also took the dress up in the shoulders a bit. When I picked up the dress, Julie told me that she took the time to do a hand-sewn hem on the delicate, beaded fabric so that she would be able to keep all of the beads in place.
