The staff is so friendly and helpful! I love how you get a card to load onto for the machines so you can avoid lugging quarters around everywhere. The woman who owns/runs this dry cleaners is so incredibly rude! We have used this dry cleaners…read moresince it opened, because it is convenient despite being overpriced, but we won't use them again. I took several dresses in for alterations, which she proceeded to screw up by only taking in the front of the shoulders, not equally from the front and back. When I returned with the dresses to have them fixed (having paid, taken them home, tried them on, and discovered the mistake) the woman was so unbelievably rude. After arguing with her for 15 minutes, she agreed to "do the best she could" to fix them, which didn't amount to much. When we picked up our final order from her for just dry cleaning, she was beyond rude, returning the clothes with stains, and attaching a note that said "this is the best we could do." Between the bizarre note (she has never said anything before or attached a note) and her awful attitude, it seems as though she's holding some sort of grudge from screwing up the alterations. Bottom line: avoid this overpriced place like the plague, and take your dry cleaning elsewhere.
