He…read morewent into the crawl space and discovered the pressure tank that takes the water from the well into the house was gushing out water. I had no idea how long that was happening. I am elderly and can't get down under the house to keep an eye on things down there. I asked if he could put a sensor on the replacement tank that would alert me when there was a problem. He came up with a MUCH BETTER idea! He put the new tank in a closet up here in the house so I can monitor and turn off the water supply any time I need. I will also be able to change the sediment filter and UV light bulb. And I can purchase those supplies from Kris so I don't have to go out to the store to get them. All the sediment that was stirred up by the constant water flow also affected my hot water heater. Kris and his assistant replaced that too. This is my second review of this HVAC company…read more Our air conditioner failed on Saturday night. I called and saw Anders and left a message and they returned the call in 15 minutes. We made arrangements to have one of their A/C technicians come on first thing Sunday morning at 9 AM. The technician properly diagnosed the failed compressor and because the unit was 18 years old recommended that the compressor not be replaced but that the whole air conditioning unit be replaced. On Monday morning by 8:30 AM I had received two proposals for two different Train air conditioning units. I responded right away and selected one of the units. Ensor and Sowers ordered the unit and juggled around their work schedule to have it installed on Thursday morning. Installation was from 7:30 AM to about 12:30 PM. The two Ensor and Sowers technicians were cordial and efficient. I took away the whole unit and cleaned up everything in the basement and in the furnace area where the exchange coil was installed in the furnace Plenum They checked to make sure everything was working properly in conjunction with my Honeywell wireless thermostat before they left. This is just another chapter in a year's long excellent relationship that I have enjoyed with this HVAC company. This company is always quick to respond to telephone messages, uses good brand-name equipment, schedules repairs and installations quickly charges fair prices (in my opinion).
