Although the waiting list for restorations is approximately a year for any new work, they were kind enough to squeeze me in to take a look and help freeze the degradation process that had already begun. Christina, their sole paper conservator, removed the acidic backing, and packaged it carefully and thoroughly in acid-free paper to store until she has time to give it her full attention. She is absolutely the best! She was professional, kind, listened to my questions, and gave very helpful, thoughtful, and practical advice for the care of the painting. I know the painting will be in good hands. I am so grateful to have such a resource for museum quality preservation of this gorgeous piece. Will follow up with an after photo once restoration is complete.

I really wanted to go to a local frame / molding shop. But, after getting a print custom matted and framed from this shop, the experience and end result makes me a fan of getting custom molding / frames. This place is awesome. On the walls are samples of hundreds of various different moldings. Some areas, there are completed custom framed pieces waiting for their owners to pick them up. This place is a gem. The shop owner / picture framer, Fernando Guzman, is really nice and friendly. I showed him the print and he gave me some ideas on what to do with it. After talking and looking over different moldings and matte colors scheme, he gave me a total price, which seemed fair and within reason. He even gave me an estimated date of completion and finished it before then. The end result is a beautiful print that's framed and hanging on a wall right where I'm typing this up. This will be my go-to shop for custom framing. And, if anyone wants a quality custom frame job, I'll point them to this location.

I have been a loyal continued customer with Budget Truck Rental for past 2 years where I have rented over 5 trucks. He then said told me that I was not going to be getting a truck today and we replied with, how is that possible when we are a paying customer? He then called 911 claiming we were refusing to leave his office. We are the nicest people ever. He then called some dude to come over there and he had someone else waiting in a car that was parked in front watching everything. A big dude also showed up that he was clearly using to intimidate or threaten us. We felt very unsafe and threatened so we left immediately. This Budget worker clearly has no respect for women and had some kind of problem with us from the moment we walked in with his disrespectful comments and attitude towards us. We are still shocked as I have never experienced this kind of treatment or refused service in my life. Unbelievable and sad how people can be.
