Of the five companies I called only Tom from Grizzly Bear Plumbing called me back on Saturday (20 minutes after I called his company). Two of the other companies called back on Monday. Two never called me back. I ended up resolving the water heater issue but if I ever have a problem again, Grizzly Bear Plumbing will be the first company I call.

All it needed was unplugging and plugging the water heater back in. I just had my air conditioning maintenance service with them today and Erick discovered that my capacitor is running at 31/40. He suggested that since it's below 6percent of what it should perform, I can replace it now to prevent air conditioning stop working unexpectedly or no cold air. All 3 of my neighbors had a break down on their AC and our homes is the same age so I thought it would be ideal to replace it now. I got a 15percent discount w the maintenance plan. Rather than service our system, their main concern is sending a Home Health Report stating you need to buy a brand new system. During a recent service call, they sent Hugo Coyac, who was both unprofessional and dismissive. Our HVAC system was fully functional before his visit, yet it stopped working immediately after. Instead of resolving the issue, we were told our "only option" was to purchase a new system due to age. This left us without AC for four days during 100-degree weather. A local independent technician later restored our unit in less than an hour by simply replacing dirty coils and replenishing 2lbs of Freon--basic services Freschi failed to provide us over this past year. This made it clear their priority is selling expensive replacements, NOT solving problems. Freschi Air Service pressures homeowners, disregards customer concerns, and sends salespeople rather than qualified technicians. I urge homeowners to seek out smaller, owner-operated companies that focus on honest service and customer education. We will never use Freschi again. They should take Experts out of their name and replace it with Salespeople. Do not recommend; do not waste your time.

Worse than it, they do not care about the issue that they created by poor workmanship and lack of knowledge of the building code. Avoid this company for you own safety. They are amateurs and dishonest. I will meet them in court.
