All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion and the custom unit came out beautifully. I was reassured that my unit would come in time for a concert and she did not disappoint. I ordered 3 Platinum Brazilian bundles (2 20 inch, 1 22 inch, and a 16 inch 5x5 closure). As you can see the hair is very silky and tangle free. The lace is also very seamless, so wearing this as a glueless wig works easily. I've received so many compliments and can't wait to purchase my next unit soon! Thank you again for all of your help with my order!

Honestly, this place is a hidden gem. And the cashier was very friendly! Noticed I had a wallet of the Chicago flag and we connected on the fact that we're both from the South Side! The shop is very spacious and is always clean and tidy and such a nice environment. I love Tamika's prices and her work! I've gotten partial sew-ins, full sew-ins and even have gotten a unit made by Tamika and they have all been AWESOME. I went in a couple of weeks ago specifically to ask if they offered balayage, and I was told that…read morethey did. Based on that, I came in today expecting a balayage service. After spending about five hours there, the result was not balayage. My hair now has multiple different tones at the roots and looks more like uneven highlights. Balayage should not begin directly at the roots the way traditional highlights do. When I expressed concern, the hairstylist simply told me to be patient. She never apologized or acknowledged that the result was not what I had asked for. Instead, she made me feel as though it was somehow my fault because I had shown her several reference photos of balayage. What makes this even more upsetting is that my hair was completely virgin before this appointment. I trusted her with my natural hair, and now I am left with a result I never asked for. Throughout the appointment, she also repeatedly left me to work on other customers. Several times she told me she would be back in 10 minutes, but it ended up being more than 20 minutes. This happened at least three times. I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the way my concerns were handled. I would not recommend coming here!
