Turns out that Doc was the best plumber we could ever hope for. He was prompt and courteous and got right to work, diagnosing the issue and proposing a solution. He didn't waste a second while he was here and also patiently explained the details of the problem so we could make an educated decision. We had a leak in the kitchen sink drain pipe on a horizontal section of piping in the ceiling below. All the work from beginning to end took less than three hours, which is no small feat considering he had to locate the pipe int he closed-off ceiling, which relied entirely on educated guesses. He also asked if we had any other things we wanted him to look at while he was there and he fixed two minor things in 5 minutes, which was invaluable. I'd recommend him (and Judson's) 100% and won't hesitate to call him whenever our next issue arrises.

I have a video documenting these issues. Since the faucet was clearly not performing as it should, I purchased a replacement faucet and contacted the company to ask whether it could be installed as a replacement. I was informed that I would be charged an additional $325 for the installation. I found this charge unreasonable, particularly because I had paid $472 for the original installation just one day earlier and the faucet installed by the company was not functioning properly. I ultimately hired another plumber, who charged $150 and completed the replacement in approximately 20 minutes. During that process, it was discovered that the original faucet had been installed with plastic disks that restricted the water flow. Additionally, in attempting to tighten the faucet to prevent it from becoming loose again, the original plumber cracked the underside of the fixture. Unfortunately, the damage resulted in the faucet being broken, and I was therefore unable to return it. Given the cost of the original installation, the problems that developed immediately afterward, the additional charge requested to correct the issue, and the damage to the fixture, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the handling of the situation. I expected a significantly higher standard of service and workmanship for the amount I paid.

We really appreciated his low key approach. He really heard us, rather than trying to sell us, and patiently answered all of our questions. Next came Ed, who prepared all of the calculations, list of supplies, etc. that would be needed by the installers to efficiently do their work with no snafus or need to leave for supplies. He also patiently answered all our questions. Based on Scott's recommendation, we decided to have our ducts cleaned prior to installation and he set up an appointment with Oregon Duct Cleaning to do so. ODC was a great recommendation and we're very happy with the job they did. They too, patiently answered all our questions. Finally, Mike and Mitch did the installation. We hit the jackpot with those two. What a GREAT team! They were professional, tidy, patiently answered all our questions, and obviously took pride in the quality of their work and the quality of the Lennox products they installed. Mike went a step further and went into a VERY tight portion of the crawl space (he literally had to shimmy in and out) where he discovered a major section of the ductwork had not been properly installed. He fixed that and thoroughly sealed the ducts to the vents. We are so grateful to him for going that extra mile as the problem wasn't visible until he got inside the area. No wonder that part of the house was, depending on the season, either hotter or cooler than the rest of the house. He deserves a bonus for his effort.

I called back after not hearing for a while. This was happening during spring when it was still cold. Finally someone responded to my calls that they had no parts and I'd have to change it altogether. When I was finally told they could not fix it, I sent them a check for the full amount for the second service call. Now months later, I received an invoice in the mail for 49 cents. I called to see what was up. The lady who answered the phone said it was the interest for late payment. Mind you this is the first invoice I received since I sent the full payment. I reminded her I waited to pay based on their advice. And it would cost more to mail a check with stamp being more expensive: she basically said I could pay over the phone to her (which I don't like giving my cc info to people directly) or mail it. I will mail it but will never do business with them. After years of being a customer, $0.49 will be the value of service I received.

we purchased a Daikin system to replace our 20 year old Coleman system. the salesman showed me a…read moremodel in the middle of the brochure. promised I would be saving about 40% on my electric bill. on the contract beware because they state but they don't guarantee any savings. our system was improperly installed and it took 3 years before that was diagnosed and fixed countless phone calls to have them out. are kilowatt hours have went up as high as 69% more than my broken system. it was the worst decision of my life to replace my broken Coleman system. to be fair advantage did offer me a refund, I wanted a system that was properly installed and working right from the beginning but they would not honor that.

This was no small feat given the weird crawl spaces in my basement, that he had to crawl into in order to replace some pipes. Somehow he was amazingly cheerful about this! Of course, given my 1890 house, fixing that pipe uncovered a clog further along in the pipes that was stopping up my sink. So today James and Mason came out, cleaned it all out, showed me what the pipes look like on their very cool camera device,and now everything works like a charm. I thought the prices were very reasonable, and the estimates accurately reflected the final cost. All along, everyone I dealt with was great, from Marcus on the phone setting up the appointments, to Peter/James/Mason doing the work at the house. They were friendly, professional, explained everything, left everything neat and took care of the small details, and were very nice to and amused by my dog, who was doing his best to "help" their efforts. Haha, "help." Overall, this is now my only go-to place for plumbing/drainage problems - which are likely to be a recurring thing given the age of my house. I forget which other maintenance person recommended them, but I'm glad they did. I've had leaking pipes in the past where the leak was so bad that the water had to be shut entirely off, and the companies I dealt with then could never tell me anything more than "well, we're really busy, we MIGHT be able to get out there next week" etc. It was always nerve-wracking, calling different places to see which ones could come out first. I can't imagine that being an issue with Evergreen, given how prompt they've always been.

All in all, I feel this company is rather predatory and high priced as well, and now do not trust them.

Lorens was the only one who could come out same day by squeezing us in between other appointments. Geoff came when they said he would and there was no monkey business. He quickly got to work diagnosing the issue, and taking the heater apart until he saw the problem (crossover in one of the burners was clogged) and fixed it very quickly. He put it all back together, turned it on, and voila! House is warm again. Fee was very reasonable, and we have him to thank for not having to spend any more nights in a cold house. Highly recommended.
