I sent another email asking for an update a week later. Two days pass and I finally received an email saying to text our flight details and home address to him. Ohm, no. I replied that I preferred email and wanted a quote in-writing. Two days later, I finally received the quote via email and instructions to text our flight and house details. I sent the details via text, but again, no response for 4 days. I asked again: are we confirmed? Two days later, I finally received a text confirmation of our trip details and a note saying oh, by the way, I am adding another $50 to the quote due to "traffic". Dude, you knew our flight times from the beginning. If you don't want the business - just say so. Don't try to scam people. Do not use this service. His lack of response, shady business practices and jacking up prices after you already receive a quote is shady at best. I don't even trust him to show up for the trip at this point. Cancelled.

We were dropped at the first winery went in, tasted some wine came out in the driver was gone. When we finally reached the owner, she said the driver had gone to get gas and go to the bathroom. 30 minutes later we were still waiting. When the driver came back, she said the owner had made her go to another town to do a quick ride. When we questioned this, the driver told us that the owner makes her do this often. The owner then gave us extra time for the inconvenience which was fine but when it came time to pay the bill, the driver asked for the whole amount. I explained we already paid a deposit and she told us she wasn't aware of that we had to pay the whole amount. When I took it up with the owner the next day, she said the extra amount was a tip. I tried to explain that a tip would normally be decided by the group and we would give that to the driver directly, but she didn't budge and had still refused to return the $100 that we overpaid. She also has a pretty crappy attitude for a business owner. Avoid this at all costs. Just a quick Google search will tell you that the business has changed names several times because of bad reviews and overcharging.

Business sent a text message day prior to let know who my driver was going to be. Our driver was Margaret, she had very strong communication skills, very good driver, and very friendly! I alerted her our flight to Midway was delayed and she monitored our flight and arrived promptly for pick up even at 3:30 in the morning. She was very friendly and drove us to our destination with no issues. They have extra charging ports for all passengers, climate control system in their vehicles. Their cars are roomy even with 4 suitcases and 4 passengers riding in the back. I accidentally left my laptop in the backseat after our ride concluded and they were prompt to notify me and returned my bag. I love that they take pride in their work and they made our experience very enjoyable! I also love that they are a veteran owned business. I highly recommend their services.

I had arranged for an 11AM pick-up for our party of 13 people to take a wine tour in Southwest Michigan. At 11:15AM, the driver had not arrived yet and I began calling the company and "Scott, the Manager" - only to receive voice recordings from each. At approximately 11:30AM, I received a "txt message" reading - "Sorry, our shuttle bus broke down on the highway. It is not good. The turbo blew. All we can do is refund your deposit. Sorry." No one from the company had the courtesy to call me and personally apologize or offer assistance to find another option for our wine tour transportation, which was an activity we had planned our weekend around --- we had traveled to SW Michigan from out of town to celebrate our friend's wedding engagement. This company may be cheaper than a few other options out there, but please note - if an unforeseen "break-down" occurs, this company will leave you hanging... not what I would want anyone to experience for a wedding/special event of any kind. Use at your own risk. (Also, I have not received my deposit back yet... another frustrating aspect of this situation.)

Sends driver out, all good, except the AC was not working on a 90 degree day, until about 15 minutes into the 20 minute ride. All good, everyone survived. Arriving at the restaurant, the young woman driving pulls out a Credit card reader and quotes triple the price, and tells me she will only get paid on tips. Fortunately I had both ( owner and brokered agent) numbers. called them both--got yelled at by the broker, repeatedly thrashing me, and telling me she had us down for 12 drivers, attempting to add another 50% onto the fee. I felt like an ass arguing in front of clients, but was forced to square up with this woman, adding almost $200 to the original price to ensure that I would not get stranded, 20 miles away from our resort. Tough to find the silver lining in this one.

Our Driver, Bill, was so sweet and shared so much information about grapes, wine, and local knowledge. He called that morning to check in and met us promptly at 10:45. The SUV was roomy and clean and he even had bottles of water on ice ready to go. Which we definitely needed after a few wine stops. Coming into it, I knew nothing about wine and I'm not even sure I knew Michigan had so many wineries and vineyards. Now I feel like I have a good amount of knowledge about wine and I figured out what I liked best. It was a very cool experience and my friend had a great bachelorette party.
