I sent another email asking for an update a week later. Two days pass and I finally received an email saying to text our flight details and home address to him. Ohm, no. I replied that I preferred email and wanted a quote in-writing. Two days later, I finally received the quote via email and instructions to text our flight and house details. I sent the details via text, but again, no response for 4 days. I asked again: are we confirmed? Two days later, I finally received a text confirmation of our trip details and a note saying oh, by the way, I am adding another $50 to the quote due to "traffic". Dude, you knew our flight times from the beginning. If you don't want the business - just say so. Don't try to scam people. Do not use this service. His lack of response, shady business practices and jacking up prices after you already receive a quote is shady at best. I don't even trust him to show up for the trip at this point. Cancelled.

I alerted her our flight to Midway was delayed and she monitored our flight and arrived promptly for pick up even at 3:30 in the morning. She was very friendly and drove us to our destination with no issues. They have extra charging ports for all passengers, climate control system in their vehicles. Their cars are roomy even with 4 suitcases and 4 passengers riding in the back. I accidentally left my laptop in the backseat after our ride concluded and they were prompt to notify me and returned my bag. I love that they take pride in their work and they made our experience very enjoyable! I also love that they are a veteran owned business. I highly recommend their services.

At 11:15AM, the driver had not arrived yet and I began calling the company and "Scott, the Manager" - only to receive voice recordings from each. At approximately 11:30AM, I received a "txt message" reading - "Sorry, our shuttle bus broke down on the highway. It is not good. The turbo blew. All we can do is refund your deposit. Sorry." No one from the company had the courtesy to call me and personally apologize or offer assistance to find another option for our wine tour transportation, which was an activity we had planned our weekend around --- we had traveled to SW Michigan from out of town to celebrate our friend's wedding engagement. This company may be cheaper than a few other options out there, but please note - if an unforeseen "break-down" occurs, this company will leave you hanging... not what I would want anyone to experience for a wedding/special event of any kind. Use at your own risk. (Also, I have not received my deposit back yet... another frustrating aspect of this situation.)

Sends driver out, all good, except the AC was not working on a 90 degree day, until about 15 minutes into the 20 minute ride. All good, everyone survived. Arriving at the restaurant, the young woman driving pulls out a Credit card reader and quotes triple the price, and tells me she will only get paid on tips. Fortunately I had both ( owner and brokered agent) numbers. called them both--got yelled at by the broker, repeatedly thrashing me, and telling me she had us down for 12 drivers, attempting to add another 50% onto the fee. I felt like an ass arguing in front of clients, but was forced to square up with this woman, adding almost $200 to the original price to ensure that I would not get stranded, 20 miles away from our resort. Tough to find the silver lining in this one.

Our Driver, Bill, was so sweet and shared so much information about grapes, wine, and local knowledge. He called that morning to check in and met us promptly at 10:45. Coming into it, I knew nothing about wine and I'm not even sure I knew Michigan had so many wineries and vineyards.
