The employee claimed it was a mistake, but it never should have happened in the first place. If someone is clearly waiting, they should be helped before the person who just walked in. To make matters worse, the coffee wasn't good. The whole reason I stopped here was to avoid waiting in the Starbucks line, and I ended up with poor service and a disappointing coffee. At that point I just walked out and contacted the app support for a refund. And as I'm leaving he yells out, "have a good day!"... So he obviously is capable of raising his voice above a mumble. And even though it was the last hour, they are open and maybe he wants to go home or just be done for the day- But you chose to put your restaurant on this app with a pick up time until 8 PM. Maybe the owner should rethink his hours or even just retire because I have never seen somebody so miserable at a job before. And on top of it, the security guard who is supposed to be monitoring the building was lounging around and they're hanging out looking just as lazy and miserable, and therefore the parking lot was a mess because apparently neither of these men know how to do a job.... I would rate zero out of zero if I could. Simply for the lack of customer service and how disgusting the man acted. So gross.. probably hates females.... But thinking back on it, it was probably for the best that I didn't get any of the unclean food because there were so many flies inside of his display cases.
