Loved seeing the band at half-time. The dance squad and the cheerleaders put on good shows. My only complaint is the concessions. We unfortunately experienced lackluster pretzels and sausages. The pretzel honestly tasted like a white bun out of the package that you'd buy at the store for hamburgers. They didn't upkeep the condiments stations, they were messy. By the 3rd quarter, they ran out of napkins and the only condiments available were ketchup and mustard. We did buy merchandise at the gift shop. Shirts ran around $30-$40, as expected for a sport team venue. I appreciated the many stalls available in the bathrooms, which were kept clean. We plan on returning for more games.

Great shading for the stadium seating and plenty of room. Concessions are def better than most with a ton of hot food options, you don't see that anywhere. Also a fun little playground for the littles, wish that area was shaded as well. Great park!! Hope we get to visit it often.

Home of the Frisco RoughRiders, this place was clean, easy to navigate, and genuinely fun from start to finish. Parking was a breeze, entry into the ballpark was quick and painless, and there were plenty of giveaways and activities happening throughout the evening. Sadly, I did not get my big Jumbotron moment this time around (heartbreaking, honestly) but I still had a great time with friends old and new walking around the ballpark before the game and during innings taking in the atmosphere, even if we didn't get to go into the lazy river! The game was, a baseball game - "Yay, Baseball!" The RoughRiders ended up winning which didn't hurt the experience :) One thing I was slightly confused by was the timing of the Friday night post-game fireworks. I assumed they'd begin shortly after the final out but there was a long delay while families and attendees were allowed onto the field. By the time the fireworks finally started, we had already started heading out and only caught a few bursts from the parking lot. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind if fireworks are a big part of your evening plans. Also worth mentioning: the gift shop had some fantastic merchandise, especially shirts featuring my favorite president. Prices were definitely steep though - but wow I was tempted! I believe one of my friends was persuaded to make a purchase, even if it was after the fact. All in all, Riders Field delivered exactly the kind of fun, relaxed baseball experience I remembered and was hoping for. Either way, my experience here was awful and I'm not looking to coming back any time soon. I attended kids day with my godson and granted there was a lot of kids however it seemed like the issue was behind the counter. After waiting more than 15 minutes in line, I finally place my order - nachos, pretzel and candy - pay for my order to be told that they are out of pretzels although there is one is the case. I was told that someone had paid for that one already and they would need to refund my money. Then as I'm waiting for my nachos, I'm told that they are out of cheese so they would need to refund my money for that as well. Then I was told that I could go to the other concession stand and see if they had the items. I make my way down to the other concession stand and they inform me that they do have the items however at the other location they poured cheese all over the chips and gave a cup of cheese with the pretzel (I was told that would be an extra dollar - apparently we all aren't selling the same way). When I make it back to my seat, the pretzel is cold and hard. They was nothing that could be done to even make it good (I tried dipping it in the nacho cheese). The nachos chips were cold, salty and just not good. I tried to get the kiddo to eat it but he turned up his nose at it. I tried to eat a few as I had a hard time with wasting my money, however I just couldn't do it and ended up wasting them. Should we EVER come back for another event, we will eat before or after, no money will be wasted at the concession stand.

Professional Leadership: Programs aimed at interns and employees. The Texas Legends frequently host these events, with breakfast sessions featuring athletes as speakers and luncheons featuring leaders from various partnerships. While this is a membership-based group, guests are welcome to attend and learn more about the organization. I provided services to Clint Murchison at his estate on Forest Lane for several years and his headquarters building on central expressway. The practice facility off Forest Lane and LBJ at the time was primarive by today's standards. Literally a corogated metal building! Then,the new headquarters and practice facility was built in Las Colinas and again I was fortunate to provide some services there for a number of years. Of course today's NFL is a finely tuned machine and nobody wants to settle for second best headquarters building and practice facilities. The new facilities in Frisco are head and shoulders above most. Now,if we can just put a winning season together. Go Cowboys!
