Hello. I am attending a corporate event with my husband's company. The visit started great with a friendly parking attendant named Terry wishing us a great night. However, we got to the gate where the rounded part of my small handbag was fractions of an inch too large. I understand that rules are rules, HOWEVER, I will be spoken to with respect. I'd never indicated that I would not return my bag to my car. In fact I had not even expressed my disappointment to the older gentleman. Even if I begin to enjoy the outing, I will not add stars to my rating because my outfit got messed up by a guy that decided that being ugly early in the evening was a good idea. It was a bad idea. This is not the same Dallas team that Debbie did, but I'm sure someone else will pick up the proverbial slack. Excellent MLS team which is pretty awesome and has not much of a history of winning but an excellent fanbase and following in a really great shiny looking brand new stadium. I'm a big supporter of MLS and this team has done well to build up a good following even though it's very very far out of Dallas in the suburbs, and I wonder how people in Fort Worth and the south suburbs of Dallas and Arlington can possibly come up here on a regular basis for games. Especially if the games are scheduled Monday to Friday. read more

Dallas 'Til I Die! What great fun these games are at FC Dallas Stadium. What have I been doing these past few years? Especially on those Saturday nights when we can't possibly find anything to do. Shame on me. I should have been at the beautiful and easy to navigate, FC Dallas Stadium. Oh yeah, it has free parking, too!. The stadium brimming with bright young soccer players eager to cheer on their team, as well as a rowdy group of fans at the base of their awesome beer garden. This fan group's dedication and enthusiasm for FC Dallas enough reason to bring even the most anti-soccer person to a game. Just a straight shot up or down the tollroad and you can't miss it. After their recent win last night, I am now even more excited for what's in store for FC Dallas. Guess I will have to buy season tickets now :) read more

I'm pretty new to the world of soccer, and have slowly been growing my curiosity. So, this weekend we decided to go to a game and we had a blast from start to end. The tickets that we bought had a charter bus pick us up from BBC in uptown (also makes a stop at the Londoner on Greenville). Even if you don't buy these tickets, you can get on the bus for $10 which is awesome especially if you're a drinker and don't want to worry about a DD. The marketing girl that got us checked in and organized was really cool or at least tolerated our rowdiness. Anyways, We all had a blast on the way up to the stadium, and it drops you off about a block from the entrance. The stadium itself was nice, but wasn't as big as I thought it would be( being from a world of Football in Texas where even high school stadiums fit 100,000 people). However, beer wasn't that expensive(for stadium pricing). The food was typical stadium food, (nachos, frito pie, hot dogs, etc...) basically nothing special but got the job done. The paraphernalia store had a ridiculously long line, which didn't make sense to me because there were little booths all the way around the stadium that sold the same stuff and all had little to no lines. Our seats were amazing. We payed about $25-30 per person and I could have leaned over and touched the grass. After the game, you get about 20 minutes to get back on the bus (really it's about 30 minutes). And it drops you off exactly where it picked you up, and we all continued our merry night. Great experience from beginning to end. Also, it made it more awesome that we won. =) read more

The Dallas Beer Guardians along with the other North End Supporter groups make these games so much better. If your a fan of the EPL, Bundesliga League, La Liga, or the like you will appreciate the chants and cheers coming across the pond. They definitely need to increase the attendance and grow the game but the matches are fun and the variety of ticket price points make it easy to try to watch a game without breaking the bank like all of the other Dallas pro teams. read more

FINALLY!!!!! A professional sports team the average person can afford. Keep an eye on Groupon and Living Social for discounted ticket packages. Family friendly. As any sports venue goes drinks aren't cheap, but they don't cost as much as Ranger's Ballpark or Cowboys (now AT&T) stadium. They always have a ton of booths set up where vendors are giving away free stuff and children (those inner children too) can enjoy playing a game or spinning a wheel for some swag. I love this FC Dallas team! So far, I've been to 3 games! Parking is a bit of a hassle, so get there at least 30-45 mins early! It's great to go a place and root for a good team in a beautiful arena! Food and drink are under $6 and the tickets I got on the SeatGeek app for around $6 each! This is the perfect combo of cheap food and tickets for a great sports event in the nearby beautiful city of Frisco! read more

If you have not been to this stadium, you should definitely check it out at least once. It's a very nice venue. It has an easily accessible stadium, nearby inexpensive parking, reasonably priced tickets and concessions, and kind of a neat stadium concept. You walk in from the top, and it's all dug down into the ground. This keeps the seats very shielded from the relentless prairie winds, and certainly makes the stadium a much more sustainable design because you're not having the upkeep of elevated steel and concrete. The seating is very nice, and there's not a bad view in the house. I can't wait to try out a concert here. read more

I love going to sports events. This stadium and location are close and incredible. The thing I think is driving people away are the incessant horn and drum beats from the South side of the field. Really! Is all that noise necessary? I have been to 3 games and left each time with a headache from listening to that crap. Owners: GET RID OF THE NOISY SOUTH END DRUMMERS, and HORN BLOWERS. Great team, great organization. If you're looking for a pro sports experience with all the glamor of the big boys, but with the access of a minor league team, this is the team for you. Sure, they have to rely on a bunch of advertising because soccer isn't as popular as basketball, football or baseball, but the entertainment factor is still there. They cater to the fans through low ticket and concession prices, free parking and a plethora of special offers. That says a lot. what a nice stadium but beware of the fireworks! this was my first FC Dallas game and I must say I was pretty impressed. The stadium is really nice, the tickets are cheap and there's not a horrible seat in the place. Now with that being said, please don't make the awful mistake that I did and sit right behind the goal in between both the visiting and FC Dallas' band... who play... the entire game... Also know that fireworks are a thing here, so don't be frightened! They do them during the National Anthem and after every goal, which Dallas scored 4 so it was quite often! The parking was easy and free, at least when I went. Getting out on the other hand is a little tricky so pack your patience. make sure to bring cash as most of the vendors do not accept cards. I didn't eat there but I did try out the el Jimador bar and they had a great selection of decently priced drinks. There's lots of bathrooms spread throughout the facility. I really had a great time and plan on going back to another game! read more

Purchased a Groupon for the game Sunday night. The event center did NOT deliver the services that we paid for. I enjoyed the game. But felt like the FC Dallas staff wasn't very helpful in resolving the issue. Really disappointed. This was my first time there.... UGH. read more

FC Dallas has been changing over the years and not all for the better. This last year has been a major upheaval with a new ticketing system that slows down entry and seems to confuse people that expected a ticket. Of course this non ticket ticketing doesn't allow for a place to buy and sell tickets except within the Flash Seats universe. The new Season Ticket info is out and now parking isn't free anymore except way out near Costco. The season parking prices start at $250 and go higher from there. Also seat prices are heading higher and the amenities are getting more restricted. The game on the field has been exciting at times this year and I guess with Toyota moving to town the stadium might fill up. If it does it will be with quite a few long term supporters no longer in attendance. Have loved and supported the team through bad times and not quite as bad times but now I will be doing it from my living room. Plan lots of extra time to park, and to leave after the games, because there are no people there to direct traffic. read more

Went to a game thanks to Groupon. No one even comes to games, despite the fact it's absolutely dirt cheap. I don't have a whole lot of faith in MLS. The stadium experience was fine, but the quality of soccer play compared to European leagues isn't even a contest. I may come back as long as the tickets are dirt cheap and I'm in town, depending on how long MLS survives, lol. read more

Previously I had only been on a few of the practice fields that surround the stadium for a charity tourney, but after winning some tickets I was finally able to make it to a game. The stadium is easy to get to from the tollway and parking was a breeze, as it should be for a venue that size. I was a little skeptical of the FlashSeats ticketing system at first, but entry to the game was quick and easy even without a physical ticket. The stadium itself doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but it is well maintained and easy to find your way around. Concessions were reasonably priced, but there wasn't anything that I just had to have - although Urban Crust would've been appealing if it wasn't 100+ degrees outside. Speaking of the heat, there is little to no refuge from the sun in this stadium so make sure to go heavy on the sunscreen if you're taking in an afternoon game! All in all, I'd say it's worth at least one trip even if you're not a huge soccer fan. read more
