We just discovered this place. It is easy to find pretty close to I'35 in Denton. The owner has set up tables and chairs under trees at the entrance. He gave us a box and said fill 1/2 full for $15 clear to top for $30 and off we went. You crossed a kinda steep drainage area and then were surrounded by peach trees. The ones close to the front seemed pretty picked over but there were lots of trees loaded with fruit. The fruit wasn't as big as store bought and were mostly pretty hard but that was fine by us. We picked a half box was 36 peaches they ripened slowly on our kitchen counter and lasted 2 weeks. I know we will stop here again next year durring peach season.

We went out to Gemini to take some pictures! The roses are absolutely stunning!! We will be back to pick peaches when they are ready!

I came here to take pictures with my friend and have an experience, and this place is truly it! It's super pretty, and the people are so, so nice. Highly recommend coming here to take senior pictures or for some yummy fruit :)

I wish someone would promise me a rose garden, until then, now is the perfect time to visit the Gemini Peach and Rose Farm. It truly is a hidden gem. If you are visiting your Eagle in Denton, and you're looking for something simple to do, it's not too far from campus. Free!

Cobbins Family Pumpkin Patch - Just another beautiful day at The Patch!

I ended up with a ten pound red one that made enough soup for my extended family for months to come for under $10. It had such an aromatic smell when I cut it open. Almost like a cantaloupe. The soup was . Not a whole lot for adults except taking advantage of cute photo ops and enjoying watching your progeny have a blast. (Which they did). The pumpkins are high quality and reasonably priced.

I didn't see any face painter but my husband said there was one , I believe it was the older woman sitting at a booth with a bunch of plants and I honestly walked right by. There wasn't tons of people (we came in the afternoon) and you'd think that people working there would be more engaging. I saw the owner once but not even a hello. He was very friendly last year and even took a family pic for us. This year I was just very disappointed. Perhaps towards Halloween it may be worth a visit but I don't see a point in returning again. Very sad. They did have (as usual) lots of plastic play toys for the kids to enjoy and a few bounce houses. The mini cows and goats....yeah, behind an electric fence. Seriously. Better time spent at the Aubrey Peanut Festival which is free and has TONS of things for kids to do and a Petting Zoo as well as pony rides. This was not worth $20 IMO

I've only been here a few times over the years and I always forget what a cool experience it is!…read more Sometimes it can get really crowded, parking is easier if you get there between 9-10am. I recommend parking in the lot across the street as opposed to street parking. The sheer amount of vendors is overwhelming and I really love to support local, but I almost feel guilty because there are more vendors than my wallet can afford to support! There is something for everyone though! I love the farmers market aspect of it, lots of fruits, veggies and homemade items. You'll also find honey, sauces, candies and of course there are food trucks and stands. We had some amazing agua fresca on our last visit! There are also about a dozen booths for those of you with a green thumb! Tons of plants and flowers to purchase and some sell seeds, I believe. This is a pet friendly market with a shaded table and water bowls for you to bring your furry friends. Some pets are friendlier than others, but I've never seen anything to be worried about. I wouldn't bring any pets that aren't calm around other animals though. There are several booths with natural, organic and gluten free goodies for your pets. We got a few this last time from two booths and our dogs inhaled them. Lots of fun specialty flavors to be found, and I learned that chewing on chicken feet are apparently great for a dogs teeth. Who knew? There's also a lot for the shopaholic and those who like interesting pieces for your home decor. I saw a few booths that do jewelry, clothing, bags and quilts. I want to take a closer look at the blacksmithing, knife making, pottery and wood work. I was excited to even have those as options! Prices will vary based on the vendor and products, but with so much to explore you're guaranteed a good time! Generally the market hours are every Saturday, April through November from 9am until 1pm. However, there are currently summer hours through Labor Day of 8am to 12pm. Plan accordingly!

Fresh veggies grown locally, crafts, jewelry, clothing, quilts and acoustic music. Locally grown coffee was interesting and even four food trucks. Shaved ice, bahn mis, brick oven pizza and bbq. There was even a water slide for the kids. And when one of the local community leaders is there with his family, I'm guessing that's a good sign. There were so many veggies I wanted to purchase. I will be back for pickling cucumbers and baby eggplants. There were even some homemade fruit ice pops that looked good. Very cool. Support Denton businesses. This is only on Saturdays from 9-1
