Green Restoration stated they would determine what was needed once they were on scene and would provide me with an estimate. They agreed to be there that afternoon after I paid the required deposit. I didn't receive a call back on day one. On Day Two, I called and they stated that were currently on scene, it could not be boarded up safely and they were waiting for a supervisor to come to the scene. This was an outright lie as I was at the house when I made the call and Green Restoration was not. When I called them out, the woman on the phone stated that was the last activity she was aware of and she would let the project manager know to call me. On Day 3, after not receiving a call back, I called again and was told they were still figuring it out and I was assured I would receive a call and an estimate. Today, Day 4, I called and the same woman was unable to give me any further update or reason why I never received a courtesy call to update me. She said she was updating me. Only because I called her! Thirty minutes later, I open my email and get a message from Green Restoration service informing me they are unable to complete the job. Perhaps they should consider that they are not dealing with restoration services but PEOPLE in need of restoration services who are in a vulnerable state. They get one star for immediately refunding my deposit. Horrible experience under horrible conditions.
