Any glitches or changes of design etc were handled pleasantly and quickly, Matthew was adept at calming anxieties and he really listened to what we wanted, and taught us how to make good compromises when needed. A year later, Matthew still takes an interest in our house. His (well-deserved) pride in his work is evident. Choosing a builder is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make- we interviewed three, and chose the right one! We have not the slightest regret!
