Said it would just be easier to patch it and hed be out the following week "some time". That week passed and no visit, no call. I called again and left a message. No return call. I called again and left another message and got a return call with another promise of next week. Nothing. Follow call and talked directly with him and said he'd be out on Tuesday. Nope. No call no visit. See the recurring theme?? Total lack of professionalism with promised visits and not even a call to apologize, reschedule, or simply say sorry, I over committed and can't take on your small, insignificant business. He was even MAD at ME for taking a tobe with him on lack of professionalism Look. I get it. Bigger jobs are more profitable and a lot of companies just can't be bothered (with those very same small jobs that got you started or sustain you in slow times) but JUST SAY SO and don't string someone along amd make me chad you because you don't have the basic business common courtesy of following up. It is taking an extremely long time for them to respond to my inquiries. I left a deposit on July 31 to start the work and they still have not ordered the door. I understand they had to wait to get a permit from the town before they could order it, but there still seems to be problems. I am surprised by other reviews saying they respond promptly. It can take a week or two for them to respond to an email. I feel they do good work, but their timeliness is below 3 stars.

The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things.
