A great builder! Matthew Falconeiri was so helpful, from the initial design and planning to building the finished product- our beautiful new home. It is our retirement house, so money and a cautious approach were important. The work was so well done, that building a house was overall a delightful experience. They came in on-budget (tho we inevitably spent more than we planned- because of our upgraded choices) and on-time. Any glitches or changes of design etc were handled pleasantly and quickly, Matthew was adept at calming anxieties and he really listened to what we wanted, and taught us how to make good compromises when needed. A year later, Matthew still takes an interest in our house. His (well-deserved) pride in his work is evident.
