We were very clear about the nature of our bathroom remodeling project from the beginning - but despite that, no permit was pulled by BP for our walk-in shower project! So the entire installed shower had to be removed and then reinstalled 3 months later! Then, the shower that was eventually installed was so dirty on all 3 walls, that the installers needed to come back and clean it since a ladder was needed. Finally, in this entire process, they broke a glass picture frame and vent cover and never reimbursed us. Just a very concerning and frustrating process that took 5 months to properly install a shower! Beware!

Where there was some rotted wood found underneath the old siding, it was replaced. Steve is absolutely meticulous, to the point of OCD. The job was be done perfectly, starting with a laser to mark level around the house, to special-ordering long siding panels to eliminate all the seams mere 12' panels leave. The complex work around the two walk-out bays and the power/meter took days, but everything was carefully measured and fitted . Steve also had some very creative suggestions, particularly trim above the front door and windows. This work, when done properly, takes both time and skill.
