Mac was reasonably priced and delivered a good quality product and installation. They roofed my house and garage and completely cleaned up in one day. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Never actually had any work done. Was referred to this company as I have a small but URGENT roofing issue to be addressed such is missing shingles and water actively leaking into an upstairs bedroom when it rains. Initial call, I explained my needs and, as expected was told they were busy with bigger jobs and that he'd TRY to come out and look at it. After a week and no call, no visit, and a couple of rain storms, I called to check on status of a visit and asked if they could at least come and tarp it or something to prevent further interior damage. Said it would just be easier to patch it and hed be out the following week "some time". That week passed and no visit, no call. I called again and left a message. No return call. I called again and left another message and got a return call with another promise of next week. Nothing. Follow call and talked directly with him and said he'd be out on Tuesday. Nope. No call no visit. See the recurring theme?? Total lack of professionalism with promised visits and not even a call to apologize, reschedule, or simply say sorry, I over committed and can't take on your small, insignificant business. He was even MAD at ME for taking a tobe with him on lack of professionalism Look. I get it. Bigger jobs are more profitable and a lot of companies just can't be bothered (with those very same small jobs that got you started or sustain you in slow times) but JUST SAY SO and don't string someone along amd make me chad you because you don't have the basic business common courtesy of following up. I can't imagine if I hored this company and there were issues, what it woukd take to follow through without offending the poor guy. read more

We recently used Mac roofing to replace the roof on our home. We received quotes from 3 roofing companies. All 3 came out, the only one who actually got his latter out and climbed up on the roof for a thorough look was Mac. When he came down he showed me photos of the issues and explained to me what was needed. He had the job completed in a day including clean up and removal of they trash container he supplied. We are extremely pleased with the job done and highly recommend Mac Roofing! read more

I wish I could give mac roofing a 10 out of 5 stars! What a great experience for such an important component on your home. Mac thoroughly explained the process and walked me through all components of the roof. The roof took 1 day to complete. Mac's team was professional, friendly, speedy, and showed great integrity in their work. Mac came back a few days after to personally inspect the work after the roof settled. I had a great experience and was impressed with Mac and his team. I'll sleep better knowing I won't have to worry about my roof for the next 20-30 years - thank you Mac! read more

Mac was there when we needed help! The day after a storm, we called and they came. The entire experience was amazing. We have no doubt that we picked the right company! They did a truly professional job that will last a lifetime. It was done right, on time, and above and beyond what we expected. Don't trust a General Contractor with your roof - roofers like Mac know all the building laws and codes and are highly skilled in their trade. We have neighbors who used GCs and their shingles are coming off, etc. That won't happen with a real roofer! The price was exceptionally reasonable and affordable, and knowing we got a professional roof is peace of mind for whatever the weather should bring our way. Thanks, Mac Roofing! You saved the day! read more

So thankful to MAC Roofing, Inc for our new roof! If you are in the market for a new roof, I highly suggest them. Mac and his crew not only did a fantastic job on our roof, but worked with us on a day we could close the business, and made every thing look nice again when they were finished. The entire crew was friendly and courteous. I will definitely recommend them to any friends or family who may need a new roof. read more

We bought our house in 2012 and the inspection was good for nearly everything. Now, 4 years later, we needed a new roof. House was built in the 80's. Did a little research and came up with a few names. Happened to mention one to my friend and he knew Mac and vouched for him as a solid person. All of our interaction with Mac Roofing have backed up my friend's opinion. The estimate was detailed and he took the time to explain the what and the why. My wife dealt with him mostly. I'll let her words speak for themselves, "I left for work and when I returned, I had a new roof! I was kept informed throughout the initial hiring until the last nail was picked up. His crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend Mac Roofing." I'm not gonna argue with her (about this). When I came home Mac explained to me some of the things to know about how the houses in the 80's were built. I didn't grasp a lot of it because I'm mechanically declined but, it showed that he had the knowledge and the dedication to learn these things. I don't hand out compliments without merit but, Mac Roofing earned our trust and did an excellent job. read more

MAC Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof. I would definitely recommend their company. The job was done with precision, and the finished product is beautiful. Sean Kelly was an excellent project manager, and was very professional, thorough, and helpful. He gave a personal touch to the project. I look forward to working with MAC again on future home projects. read more

Edit Nov 20, 2015: As noted in my "Original Post", MAC Roofing has paid for damages to my house so this is to let readers know the final outcome. I've moved this review from one to two stars to reflect Yelps rating system for my experience. Note: this required legal representation to get what was owed me. ------------------------ Original Post ------------------------ Let me preface to say that I didn't hire MAC Roofing to do anything. On 2/11/2015, I heard people working around my house and I found out they were pushing the snow off my roof. This issue is, I didn't ask them to do it or wanted this done. Yes, there was a lot of snow but I've had more snow on my roof before without issue. The problem was, they were at the wrong house. This is understandable but they had pushed all the snow off my roof in one area, blocking 2 vents, my basement door exit to the vents, and the windows on the side of the house where they did push the snow off of. I understand mistakes happen but if they do, make it right. I had to practically argue with him dig out the door area because he said the vents was not covered over (I couldn't see it at the time). He was on me about how I wanted free work done and what not. He only cleared the door area and the vent area because I had some pictures of what I cleared before. The big window area now had a ton of snow piled against it he refused to move it. Yes, I had snow drifts in that area but I did not have a ton of snow pushed all the way against my window . I ended up clearing that myself. To top it all off, he said after he cleared the basement door area and the vents to never call him again. This is where I'm at a loss. Apparently, while clearing the area, they broke one of my windows on the house where the vent was. I was at a crossroad. Should I call or shouldn't I? Well, I'm so sick of arguing with him that I didn't. Instead I'm posting this review. Did MAC try to fix the issue? Yes and no. He would only fix what he couldn't talk me out of. If I had more pictures he might have done more. If I had no pictures, he would say I was trying to get free work and probably wouldn't have done anything. If I wanted free work, why did I stop the workers? I would have let them finished the whole roof and let them on their way. I stopped them because I realized what they were doing, throwing snow on the roof at the end of my house, was covering up the areas that was important for me to keep clean. It was painful dealing with him. He said I would become a grumpy old man and this is probably true from just dealing with him. There was a lot more grief to the story but I'm trying to keep this short. If MAC wants to make thing right he knows where to contact me and I'll update the review to let people know. His company may do great work but if there's an issue, be prepared. Edit: Had to go tape up the window today and noticed that my siding was also damaged. Just great. read more

Called Mac Roofing in the middle of this crazy month. I left a message and my call was returned very quickly. I explained my situation, ice dams melting through my dining room ceiling and snow on the roof, I was told that two men would arrive early that morning. I was thrilled, I thought I would be waiting for weeks. Two gentlemen showed up when they promised, the shoveled the roof, and they shoveled a path for my dogs to get out. As I walked them out, the shoveled a path to my car. I was very pleased with work, the rapid response, and the extra thoughtful attention to my walkway, for both me and my dogs. read more
