That swap has added more usable space to our yard. The hot tub was something I dreamed of for years and they knocked that out as an add on after the patio was underway. The only thing that was less excellent was what happened to my lawn. The repairs they did were just okay. It took a season for it to rebound. I would recommend them and hire them again without hesitation.
