They took me and my car to their shop in Vails Gate, conveniently located only 15 minutes from my apartment. The tow truck driver explained the entire process very clearly to me. My car was totaled and obviously that's no fun to deal with but the driver, and the owner did a great job of offering great customer service and making me comfortable as I dealt with the process. Like getting stranded 3 hrs away from home with a vehicle that refused to turn on. Vehicle looked decent however the moral of the story is just because something looks good doesn't mean it is good. I should have done my research and taken a mechanic with me to check the vehicle prior to me buying anything. Lesson learned the hard way unfortunately. Maybe they knew the vehicle had issues, maybe they didnt , point is I got stuck with it. So below is a list of things that went bad with it shortly after I bought it. Tires needed to be replaced-500 Battery had to be replaced-200 Needed a recall issue Shift Lever fixed-free but my time is $$ Terrible vibrations in rear stereo system-275 Intake Air Temp Sensors replaced-475 I dont think all of this qualifies it as a "Lemon" but i am hopeful that it will at least last us a few years. If I could do it all over again, i would have definitely kept driving by and gotten a certified used vehicle from a dealer and maybe even just leased. The salesman was a gentleman tho and he was very helpful with the paperwork. Unfortunately for me I got stuck with something that seems to be a money pit. So to any buyers looking here, "CAVEAT EMPTOR!!"
