I specifically requested a civil engineer to look at the drainage situation at our house, along with the waterproofing at our exterior doors. Their web site states that they have civil engineers on staff, and I therefore thought they'd be able to help. In my case, however, they sent a structural engineer and he didn't have a whole lot to say and was apparently unable to comment with any level of detail about the concerns I had regarding drainage or waterproofing. It was honestly just an $1100 waste of time.

They give me a written analysis with lots of pictures pointing out some issues, but they gave us peace of mind that the structure was fundamentally sound and only needed attention in a few areas.
