They were so helpful when I purchased two new batteries at over $500 for my vehicle, but 5 months…read morelater the larger battery failed and I was stranded on the road (and a $200 tow fee), they refused to exchange the battery and for a month I dealt with charging the battery daily to drive. Finally, after the 2nd month Kelly's in Grants Pass said you need new batteries, the large battery has a bad cell. I paid almost $1,000 to exchange and troubleshoot battery problems. Finally, Battery Solutions took the batteries and charged them for a few days to verify. It was verified by Dave. It took 2 months to get a reimbursement from Battery Solutions for the large battery but would not take the little battery back. I had to call Dave for months to get a partial reimbursement. Be careful using this battery store.

So, fast forward to today, Monday Dec. 16th. We went in explained the situation to the man there, assuming he was the manager. He told us that they were used key fobs, this we knew, and that he prob would not be able to reprogram them because of the used status of the fob, and he could try for $20. He also said one of the fobs had NO BATTERIE. We then said we would go somewhere else that could reprogram them. He then proceeded to say " fine go find someone else, go have fun at The Key Man!" Walking out the door I said "thank you for the excellent customer service" to which he replied " Maybe not be so rude". Excuse me i was not the one being rude.
