For the second time in a year and a half I have had a car sit waiting for service for no reason whatsoever for weeks at a time. I'm on week 4 and they don't update you as promised (EVER). It doesn't matter to them that they can let a customer have their vehicle and bring it in when they are ready (with part of the time to do it) they think its ok for someone to have a car sit on their lot just to be in line to get work done. Absolute BS and to have no idea when or if its going to end without being the one to make call after call is a joke.

Customer service was excellent in terms of communication and accommodation. Zack was the mechanic who worked on my son's vehicle. He was diligent about contacting me with the diagnosis, repair costs and repair time. I felt very comfortable asking what may be perceived by an auto tech, to be silly questions. Zack was patient and took the time to explain things to me in a matter that I could understand. My son picked his car up Friday afternoon. I don't know why Yelp categorizes them as a tire place, because they do more than tires. Ken's shop provides quality repairs at a fair price. They are not the type of shop that would run up your bill or suggest services you don't need. More than once, Ken has found a way to do what my car needed a less expensive way than I had expected. They have earned my trust. The shop is not open on weekends, but I have always been able to get a prompt appointment during the week. Ken and his wife, Cathy, trade in used cars on the side under the name K&C Auto Sales. I have bought my last two cars from them and have been completely satisfied.

Not only was it in an accident but the odometer was apparently rolled back after the accident. We payed $2000 more for the car than we should have - and had we known what was on the car fax we never would have bought it. Now we are trading it in and getting a very low value for it because of the car fax. After a full year of nothing but trouble with this car I want nothing but my money back from Nice Car. I don't feel like there is any way to reason with them if they took the initiative to keep that information from us in the first place.
