Customer service was excellent in terms of communication and accommodation. Zack was the mechanic who worked on my son's vehicle. He was diligent about contacting me with the diagnosis, repair costs and repair time. I felt very comfortable asking what may be perceived by an auto tech, to be silly questions. Zack was patient and took the time to explain things to me in a matter that I could understand. My son picked his car up Friday afternoon. He isbhappy with the results and says his car now "purrs like a kitten". I wholeheartedly recommend that you consider Ken's Auto in Macedon for your next vehicle repair or service.

I don't know why Yelp categorizes them as a tire place, because they do more than tires. Ken's shop provides quality repairs at a fair price. They are not the type of shop that would run up your bill or suggest services you don't need. More than once, Ken has found a way to do what my car needed a less expensive way than I had expected. They have earned my trust. The shop is not open on weekends, but I have always been able to get a prompt appointment during the week. Ken and his wife, Cathy, trade in used cars on the side under the name K&C Auto Sales. I have bought my last two cars from them and have been completely satisfied.

You would think that he would fix any or all discrepancies with the cars that he purchases. That is incorrect. He doesn't fix a single thing on the cars that he puts up or sale. No sure if he is lazy or just too cheap to do so. If you plan on buying from this place please do a thorough look at the vehicle and bring it to a mechanic to look it over.

Not only was it in an accident but the odometer was apparently rolled back after the accident. We payed $2000 more for the car than we should have - and had we known what was on the car fax we never would have bought it. Now we are trading it in and getting a very low value for it because of the car fax. After a full year of nothing but trouble with this car I want nothing but my money back from Nice Car. I don't feel like there is any way to reason with them if they took the initiative to keep that information from us in the first place.

They refused ot fix it as they said they could not find anything after leaving it with them over night - they said there were no problems, They gave us a 3 month warranty 'for free' when we bought the car, but then do not honor it. We ended up having to take it somewhere else to get fixed and sending them a bill. Still waiting on them to pay it,. Cars are overpriced and junk. They prey on poor credit, desperate people - don't get fooled by their prices or appearance, This is not a quality dealership.

Staff is inconsiderate and a total pain to deal with. They sold us a truck that should not have even passed inspection. Had so many repairs that needed to be done to it that were below the 'surface of the eye' that could have put our family and $40,000 camper in serious jeporady. The manager is a total con artist, terrible business man, and just a serious joke when it comes to customer service. My husband's truck when back to Dodge and their repairman three seperate times at least. It was not until we threatened legal action that they half a** stepped up to the plate.
