Everyone spoke crystal clear English (this isn't a breaker for me if the artists don't, I grew up in an Asian dominant city, so accents don't bother me much, but I know others will appreciate that aspect) The woman who did my nails was so sweet and didn't push me to shape my nails in any particular way (which was a FIRST for me, I love my natural shaped nails, even though they aren't the same and aren't "perfect") I will definitely be making this my go to place from here on out
