Great friendly environment. I've been going here for about four years now at first to get my eyebrows done. Which they do a great job of cleaning my brows up. But this was my first time looking to get my nails done here. First off, they have quality customer service. There were only two employees working at the time, Tony and another woman. It was a Friday around 4:30pm and nearly six other people came in behind me. It was very busy and waited nearly 35 mins, but I am happy with the outcome. Tony took care of my nails. I got a shellac manicure and since I waited a significant amount of time he did a little extra to my nails, for free, by adding a salon quality gel base to harden my nails. It would've cost me $40 bucks. He also asked me if I wanted my cuticles cut, which I appreciate. Not everyone wants their cuticles cut. They had a variety of nail polishes for manicures, but a small selection of colors for gel/shellac. They also need more staff. That's really the only negative that I found. The nail tech (male) was incredibly distracted. He was texting most of the time and rushed. The detail work was poor. I had to file the tips smooth in my car. It was just 25 dollars for a French mani gel with removal of my previous gel. I don't think I'd be back, I like a place down the street but they were booked. Also, tech frequently spoke other languages not English when he was supposed to be working on me. Was not relaxing. Bathroom is gross. read more

I had never been to this salon before but felt like a nice relaxing manicure. There was nobody in the store when I arrived and the gentleman sat me down and started my nails. His next customer showed up 2 min later and he told her to give him 5 minutes. I figured he would start me and then have me wait. Instead, he did my entire manicure in less than 10 minutes. My nails look like my toddler did them. It was not relaxing at all and I am very disappointed with the result. He was supposed to make a holiday shimmer on top of the red ( i showed him a photo) but he just blotted glitter unevenly on each nail. There was paint all over my skin. I will never go back to this location. Awful service. If he didn't have time for me, he shouldn't have taken me. read more

Fantastic experience at C&K! Visiting from out of town, I wanted to get a pedicure before the start of the holiday weekend. C&K took me right away without a wait (granted I did get there in the late morning). The pedicure experience was great. I got a long massage and a nice stone treatment. The price was reasonable - $28, which is what I'm used to paying. read more

1st visit to this nail salon. They were they only place open of the Sunday I was wanting my nails done. The place was clean and everyone was friendly. My toes came out wonderful. Not the happiest with my hands though. May go back again, not sure. read more

If you're thinking of getting a manicure here, I suggest you don't. I called around on July 4th weekend to find an open salon while I was away from home. They were open and I made an appointment for an adult gel manicure and a child's regular manicure at 11:30. There was only one person working on two clients there. I asked if we should come back, she said no and that she would only be another minute. When we were finally being seen a full half hour past our appointment, she sat us and asked if I wanted to shorten my nails to which I said no. I should have stopped her but I wasn't paying attention because I put my trust in her that she would know what she was doing. Not only did she file them down a lot (my nails were past my skin when I came in, I left with them much shorter than my skin) they were "shaped" completely sideways. I tried to demonstrate to her how they were not atleast straight and she said she would have to shorten them more to fix them and I said nevermind, I'll just do it myself. I'll just do her (my bf's neice's) nails please. She rolled her eyes and did nothing but slap a coat of nail polish on her, no cuticle, scrub, etc, which was disappointing because she was excited about it. She then asked if she wanted a design and I said sure she can have one. The little one asked for it on her thumbs and the nail tech said no watch and put a sloppy few lines on every single nail. I should have known to turn around and walk out as soon as we stepped foot in that place, it was terribly dirty with posters falling off the wall and dust all over the service desk and information desk. I will never return again and now will have to wait for my nails to grow back out. read more

Filthy and unorganized. We went in to have pedicures together and we had one lady doing both pedicures and we weren't in the chairs for more than five minutes and she was already painting my daughter's nails. They're super lazy, super unfriendly, and the place is filthy. read more

My sister and I went here for pedicures today. It was the worst service I have ever received at a nail salon. The man who did my pedicure was on the phone half the time dealing with a business call. He was loudly negotiating with a supplier while attending to me. He also got up and left in the middle of the pedicure several times without saying a word to me. One of the times he went outside and came back on the phone. My sister had a woman attending to her and she was very pleased with her. The woman is the only reason this place is getting one star. If you want a relaxing, customer oriented nail service then go elsewhere. This place is not for you. I will not be returning. read more
