Was so worried about needing to have my car repaired and where I should take it to not have any issues. So happy I made the decision to use K&L. They were very thorough during the inspection and handled everything with the insurance which was nice. Overall did a good job with my car, my only issue was that when I went to pick it up, there were a few minor things that were missed so I had to leave my car and pick it up another day. Better attention to detail when delivering a final product would have made this a 5-star experience. But when I did point out the minor things, the team at K&L were apologetic and fixed it right away. Thank you!

Britland provides excellent work and excellent customer service. Have had two interactions with…read morethem, both exemplary. The first one was for a minor repair to my car due to a bike rack falling in our garage and damaging the lift gate of my SUV. Their entire process of providing a clear, understandable estimate to booking to completion of work is efficient and professional. The cost was very reasonable, as well. The work was flawless. Most recently, I sent my husband in to see about fixing a spot on his brand new truck after he rubbed against a cement pylon in a parking garage. The folks at Britland gave him an estimate but said he'd probably be better off just letting them buff out the rub marks and putting some clearcoat to ensure no rust would occur since it didn't seem to have gotten down to the metal. And they didn't even charge him for buffing out the marks!! They offered excellent advice that allowed him to make a decision about whether he wanted to repair an adjacent plastic part. I am so impressed with their professionalism and commitment to customer service and doing the right thing. A rare thing these days!!

The estimate for the work was high. My insurance company and Livingston Collision (LC) exchanged…read moreemails for two weeks while the car was in the shop, but LC did not lower their estimate. At that point, LC was going to charge storage fees of $250/day if they did not do the work. I had to pay several thousand dollars to cover the insurance short fall to get my repaired car back. So, if your insurance company is unlikely to meet the LC estimate, take your car out of the shop (and pay the LC diagnosis cost) until you're sure your insurance company will cover the bill, or go to another body shop.
