Since we moved here, we had hired multiple people to mow the lawn, but the weeds were out of control and we were having pest issues. From the start, Rod has been extremely helpful in diagnosing the problems with our lawn and following through with the treatments. Great communication, so many other lawn mowers we've had in the past have basically ghosted us. With Rod and his team, we are not only knowing when the lawn will be mowed but he is also keeping track of the weeds, pests, and fungi. Our weeds are not yet gone, but it seems like the pests are, based on the way the grass is growing in. Rod continues to help spray the weeds and keep an eye on them as he comes for our biweekly mowing. The lawn is looking healthier than when we moved in! After being a no show I get an email saying they didn't make it out, which happens. But instead of coming out the next day, they come out three days later. When I get home later that day I see some work has been done. Large patches of grass were missed all over, what was cut is very uneaven, there is trash laying around in my yardbthay was hit by a lawnmower but just left there, leaves and branches are still everywhere, and when I checked my yard cameras I see leaves we're just blown off into my neighbors yards, for which I am responsible for and have to make appologies for and clean up. So when I contacted The Green Dude about a $100 invoice for this mess, this was the response: "You are right it was not our best work and I apologize if the leaves got blown on the neighbor's lawn. Please take a $20 discount on this invoice." No offer to come out and fix it, the mess is still there and I am still being charged $80, plus need to go fix it myself, along with my neighbor's yards, or spend even more money to have someone come do it. I am very sorry, but I cannot recommend The Green Dude after this. You are better off finding a kid that can use $20 and hire them for this kind of results.

Great service. Prompt response and quote estimate which was very reasonable. Arturo was quick to do…read morea site visit to give us the quote. He knows his tree. He and his team were efficient and thorough. Took two days to chop down three trees (1 dead, 2 live) with grinding. They even cleaned up and mowed my lawn and cleaned up all the leaves as well as cleaning up all the driveways. We had some large trees and there was debris across three driveways including our neighbors. They did cut an underground hose I was completely unaware of while grinding one of the tree stumps, but Arturo came by a week later and fixed it. They are responsible and have insurance in case any of the workers get injured. With the grinding of the stump and roots, you can't tell there was even a tree there. Keep in mind that they grind the roots about foot deep, so we had to contact the city to mark any gas pipes or electricity lines which wasn't hard to do (city sent someone promptly in a few days)
