The hourly service rate is fair compared to any other shops and they have most of the parts in stock which is great for small things like filters and gaskets. Shout out to Jake and Ryan in the service department for helping me out. I got a master cylinder rebuild done on my front brake after a recommendation on my first service. It is one of the best feeling brake levers ever, excellent job

Shortly after getting it, I took the bike to Harley Pacheco to get everything dialed in and road-ready. I ended up having around $3,000 worth of work done to make sure the bike was solid. After that, I stored the bike, starting it occasionally and taking it on short rides. Fast forward to March--while doing a pre-ride inspection before a planned trip, I discovered an oil leak. With my ride scheduled for the very next day, I was definitely panicking, especially since I had recently had work done on the primary. I contacted Jake in service and explained the situation. They were able to get me in the very same day I called. They replaced the primary seal along with the drain plug and O-ring at zero cost, which was a huge relief. Thanks to their quick response and standing behind their work, I was able to leave for my trip directly from the dealership. They truly saved the day. The ride went great, and the bike performed flawlessly the entire time. Thank you to the team at Harley Pacheco for the outstanding service and for standing behind your work. That level of support means a lot.

No Problem, come on down, we'll get it done!" I have to point out that I agreed that the job wouldn't be a big "rush" job... and the time frame was set at about 2 weeks or so.... However, at 3 weeks we had a few words about the delay & where things stood, and once AGAIN, I said: "Look, it's no sweat, BUT I want it done here in the near future"... another week goes by, nothing; ANOTHER week goes by and I call & am told "We've got it on the lift now... FRIDAY for sure". Friday comes goes, NEXT FRIDAY rolls around and there was "problems with getting the tank off & it'll be handled in the next day or two". It's now been 7 weeks, going on TWO MONTHS and still not done. I'm a patient guy, I understand set backs, unforeseen problems arising, yada yada yada... but enough is ENOUGH. FINISH THE WORK OR RETURN THE BIKE... I'm truly hoping the "Quality" of theirwork is exemplary and worth the wait... We shall see...

Pulling out of the hotel that morning it went into limp mode. I had to have it towed about an hour to get to Iron Steed. (Put my wife in an uber for an hour ride to the airport) They were able to get my bike in quickly, identified the issues, both explained and showed me exactly what they were looking at, fixed the issues and had me back on the road within a few hours. A shout out to Matt in service and their mechanic (forgot his name) but everyone in the dealership was awesome while I was waiting. They gave me a ride to a local business so I could grab a bite to eat. Others took time with me answering questions and showing me options for add on's. I haven't had a chance to work with my local dealer yet but the bar has been set really, REALLY high. All the best and thank you again to the team at IRON STEED!

His actions nearly lead to litigation. He denied a claim and refused to provide any substantial evidence to support that decision. If everyone at Honda were like Larry O'Brien, I would never have anything to do with the company. In addition, my contacting the main office in Torrance, California, was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a long time. I got such a runaround from them. I'm happy that I decided to go talk to Mr. Demetri. Fortunately, I think the problem will be resolved satisfactory due to him. Because it's not yet finished, I'm only giving four stars. Instead of simply addressing the warranty issue, the service department tried to upsell several maintenance items, including a coolant flush, automatic transmission fluid (ATF) service, tire rotation, and battery checks. Since our mechanic keeps up with the vehicle's maintenance, these recommendations were unnecessary and left us feeling like they were more interested in selling services than taking care of the customer. To make matters worse, we've repeatedly asked to be removed from their mailing list, yet the promotional mail continues to arrive. It's frustrating that such a simple customer request has been ignored. Honest service and respecting customers' wishes should be standard. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience, and because of it, we won't be returning.

From nightmare to my hero!!!…read more I recently had a car buying experience at Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai that started stressful and a feeling of being taken advantage of by misleading tactics and hidden contract costs. As a single parent and a caregiver for my elderly parents and my son with special needs, I was at their mercy to take care of me since I didn't have the time to take care of anything else. Well needless to say I was duped! I was so ready to walk away from the Hanlees group entirely. Everything changed when I got a call from Jim Totah, the Director of Sales Operations. Although the issue began at the Hyundai store, Jim is located at Hanlees Toyota, and the difference in management and atmosphere was night and day. From his very first message, I could hear a level of sincerity and kindness that reminded me of an uncle or a grandfather(someone who cared about me). He didn't treat me like a "sale" he treated me like a neighbor. He understood my hesitation to return to the Hyundai location and graciously met me at the Toyota dealership instead to ensure I felt safe and comfortable. Jim is a true hero who restored my faith by personally sitting down with me to go through every single line of my contract. He took the time to listen to what I needed. He said he wanted me "to be happy" with my purchase! He corrected several significant financial discrepancies that had been added to my initial agreement at the other location. Once we reached an agreement, he introduced me to Felipe Cortez, the Sales Manager at Toyota, to finalize the paperwork. Jim was right to have total confidence in him. Felipe is a complete stand up guy and, like Jim and myself, he too grew up in San Francisco. I felt 100% respected working with both of them. They ensured my 2026 Santa Fe included the full 10-year/100,000-mile warranty and the 3-year maintenance I was originally promised, all while bringing the total cost down to a fair and sustainable level for my family's budget. Jim Totah is a man of his word and a true advocate for the community, and I am so grateful he and the Toyota team gave my first car purchase a second chance at such a positive outcome! I will absolutely be recommending all of my family and friends to visit the Hanlees Toyota Hilltop location for future fair, honest, and transparent purchases.

Despite having an appointment, we were told it would take over three hours for a simple oil change, which was frustrating and unexpected. We had intended to bring both of our vehicles in for service, but because of our interaction with Jenny Williams, we ultimately decided to leave. When we asked questions about fluids and oil recommendations, Jenny was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Her tone and facial expressions--including smirking and looking at us as though our questions were foolish--made us feel talked down to and uncomfortable for simply trying to understand the service being performed. Customers should be able to ask basic questions without feeling belittled. Between the excessive wait time despite having an appointment and the poor customer service we experienced, we chose to take our business elsewhere. It was disappointing, especially since we came prepared to service both cars. I expected much better professionalism and respect from a dealership service department.
