Loving my new lashes. Located in Hayward in the Fairway park plaza. off mission, near sonic, fitness 19, dollar tree. Next to subway & kumon. My girl @elugs gave me her lash tech lady And I immediately booked an appt with Graziel. My first lash experience! it was tough to lay there for a few hours, especially after drinking a gallon of juice before appt & having an old lady's bladder but I made it through - lol Graziel asked me what style I wanted, preferred a more natural look & she delivered. She cleaned, prepped my eyes before application then Took a long nap and woke up to be all glammed up. Last At least 2 weeks with proper care she said as I needed them for a hot weather in Las Vegas party next week . Thanks Graziel! read more

Raquel is the best! She is super informative and has a lot of experience doing lashes! Everytime I had a question she knew exactly what to say! She also kept checking in and asking how I felt which was so nice! I would 100% come back here! Also there's a leg block that helps relieve back pain when you're laying down. Lashes only took about 1 hr and 30 mins and I'm so impressed with the results! It's super cute in BZB lashes so you can take some cute pics for your insta! read more

Raquel Is a lovely soul. the outcome of my lashes was partially great. I saw her on TikTok and she was offering a discount - paid $80 for lift, tint and tip. I let her know the last date of my previous lift and she said enough time had passed to do this session. The next day I noticed a few of my lashes were curled to my eyelid- on 1 eye. I reached out and she said to put on castor oil. I finally found some abroad and applied everyday. no aftercare kit was provided. I reached out a few days later and she communicated that some of my lashes were curled back due to the previous lift.she pointed out the lashes were lifted from a photo she took. I asked if she noticed the lifted lashes were during my appointment but she did not. Nothing can be done at this point but wait :( Raquel was very open to discussing my concerns and answering questions over instagram. I'm just sharing my experience. I was offered a discount but declined since now I'm scared to come back, I asked for a partial refund instead but those are not provided per the waiver signed upon arriving for my appointment. read more

AMAZING! I have been seeing the owner Jen for over 5 years and I can say she never disappoints. Every style of lash she has done on me I am always getting stopped and asked who does my lashes so that goes to show how amazing she is at what she does. The value of the products she has created holds up and keeps the lashes on longer than any other lash business. Walking into this salon you are greeted and as soon as you are on the able and the lashing begins I can guarantee you are made to feel so comfortable you will get a nice nap in. read more

I got my lash lifted and tint at the end of November by Jen and they are still so curly and thriving! She was also really accommodating and let me change my appointment at the last minute due to a family emergency. I'll definitely be back. read more

First off, I wanted to thank BZB lashes! This review is long overdue review but with so much time on my hands I can finally write one! I've been going to BZB lashes for YEARS now! Reasons BZB lashes has my loyalty: 1. Wonderful service 2. Quality lashes! So much fluff every time! I usually like a light volume to a hybrid of classic and volume. I just tell my lash tech what type of style I want and she delivers! The atmosphere is always so welcoming and comfortable. Let me tell you, I always get so many compliments whenever I get my lashes done. Even after 2-3 weeks the lashes are still looking beautiful and full. 15/10 recommend!! Best lashes of the bay hands down!! Wish I had more pictures but I recently got a new phone and none of them were saved! And no updated picture since we have been in quarantine for too long!! #NEEDMYLASHTECHASAP!! #BZBLASHESsaveme!! read more

Jen is simply the best! I drive 40min each way to see her. She's so sweet, kind, and humble, she has such good energy about her, and she's a super hard worker. She's fast, but doesn't compromise quality. Her place is so cute too! I've also seen Laree for a fill and she was amazing too! I'd recommend this spot to anyone. read more

I've been going to Jen since 2019, and she is absolutely amazing! Not only is she incredibly sweet, but she's also super professional and quick with her work. My lashes always look good and last 3-4 weeks without fail. If you're looking for a lash tech who's both kind and skilled, Jen is the one! read more

Jen (the owner of BZB Lashes) taught me how to do lashes (classic and volume) in 2019. I taught myself in 2018 but Jen did an amazing job teaching me what I DID NOT know. She answered all my questions along with my fellow lash sisters in the class. Since this was an in person class, she was able to watch over our technique and form. She would help correct our mistakes and be sure to remind us PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. If you are looking for a rewarding career in becoming a lash tech, consider taking Jen's classes. My biggest flex in was being certified by the best lash mentor in the East Bay. Not only an outstanding mentor/teacher, she's wildly talented as a lash tech. 6+ years of experience blows my mind. She inspires me to be a better technician and one day I strive to become a lash educator like her. read more

If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would!! Where do I begin! Jen (Bzb) has been my lash girl for 3 years now. Ive watched her business grow sooo much over the years and her clientele has increased by VOLUMES! Before Jen I struggled with lashes (I have such sensitive eyes) but her glue and lashes never irritate me or make my lashes fall out at all. She does a volume set on me every time, i normally just let her play around and do wha ever and I am always soooo satisfied! My volume set can last me up to 5 weeks sometimes if I'm careful and don't mess with them. Jen is so professional and I can call her for a fill and she will make a way to fit me in so quickly. She inspires me, such a boss lady and I'm so proud of her business growth. Thanks Jen, Love you! (These are multiple photos of different lash sets I've had over the years) read more

Wow! I absolutely love my BZB lashes.. all the techs are so friendly, clean and professional! The owner told me about her story and how she built her brand from the ground up and how she really tries to take the best care of her clients. She also teaches you how to take care of your delicate lashes so they last long and BOY have mine lasted! I'm in love! Thank you BZB! You're the best. I even set up an appointment for my besties birthday so she can see what I'm talking about. 10/10 BZB! read more

I will do my best to keep this as short as possible because WOW. Jen, the owner, has taught all of the girls that have done my lashes and man is she more than good. And I went in back in January for lips and she was so blunt & honest about how relatively new it is, side effects, etc. She's honest & informative and that's rare to find because many people upsell products or services to make a quick buck but she educated her clients and being honest as she is a quality no one can buy. Lastly, the last time I went was to get my lashes done by Bella. Not only did she do an amazing job but I was completely comfortable and enjoyed every second. Great girl and highly recommend people to please go get their lashes done by her can't wait to be back after quarantine! read more

Jen is the best! I've been coming here for a year now with Demi and Jen and they are both amazing!! They both are very attentive to you and listen to what you want for your lashes! I messaged Jen a few months ago on Instagram, because I was interested in taking a eyelash class by her. Not a lot of Instagram businesses respond in a timely quick manner (specially during Covid), but Jen did!! She send me full details of her 2 days program, so I booked! She gave a lot of detailed training resources and suggestions on lash equipment and how to start your own business. On my last day of training I was unable to get a model Due to Covid So she got me model within minutes. I love how patient and detailed she was with her training, she offered lunch snacks and a full beginners kit for us to take home Over all I was satisfied with my experience and knowledge I got to take home and grow with thanks Jen! read more

Jen is the best of the best - I began going to her in 2017, took a long break from lashes, then came back to her this year and she hasn't lost her touch! The retention on her lashes are unbelievable. I've seen girls have lash extensions from other artists and after a week or two, they start to look limp but Jen has a technique which makes them stay perky up until whenever you feel the need for a fill! I can probably go 4-5 weeks and my set still looks full. Don't sleep on her classic sets... They are to DIE for! Love love love Jen and I can honestly say I'll never feel the need to go to anyone else (: read more

The girl that did my lashes was so professional and friendly! Shes where the 1 star even comes from but i am so unhappy with the lashes. These were from a week into my lashes being done. I have had lashes before and paid $175 and when i tell u my lashes stayed in tact and so full and lasted almost a MONTH! But these lasted a week. I had to yank that flipped lash off because it wouldnt flip back over. Half of my lashes are gone off one eye. Chunks keep coming out. I KNOW how to care for lashes because ive had them done many of times but this is ridiculous. And, the owner has this "better than" attitude. Instead of placing singles and taking her time because i wanted very light lashes, just lengthy, she placed these CHUNKS on one lash each & that it what i believe ultimately made them fall right out. One week in & on one eye, i had only the last half of the lashes left. Other eye became sparse Will i return? No. Am i satisfied? No. Do i recommend? No. read more

I LVE BZB's !!! I finally found my go to spot. No more going to people's houses. No more getting ghosted by unprofessional, snobby Lashers that claim to be the best but...just...aren't; such bad experiences until now. When I went in Feb. (Before S.I.P)It was my 1st time getting my lips fillled. I also had a fresh set of Classic Lashes installed by Bella. Let me just mention how bomb she is. Not only as a person but as a talented Lash/Lip Artist. She gave me pointers on how to speed recovery and treat my lips. On point. Sooo helpful! Kid you not; best set of lashes I've EVER had. They lasted all the way up to 2 weeks ago. Well over a month. BZB's signature lash glue bonds like no other. I am beyond impressed w/ everything and longest retention of lashes yet. Jen the owner is very present and there to guide her apprentices. The work speaks for itself. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. I felt comfortable and valued. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of Service and Product. I can't wait to get back. I so miss going and pampering myself. Love you guys! Thank you Jen and Bella read more

If you're looking for a new lash tech give BZB a try. You will not be disappointed. I had my lashes done by Selena prior to the Shelter in place and it was a good experience from the beginning she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The set she gave me held up beautifully and given that my job put them under a lot of stress since I work outside that was a plus. read more

Honeslty who ever is interested in learning how to do eyelash extensions you HAVE to go to her. With this whole pandemic going on she really tries her best to help you, give you advice and trains you one on one! She's probably the best teacher I've had in general, she makes sure you are successful and makes sure you get it right, she will stay with you side by side until you get it, she's really patient with you! The experience is amazing and even her as a person is incredible. Her classes are worth your money and time I took her online class because of the Covid-19 but her in person classes look like a dream. 10/10 would go with her for her classes and her work because it's amazing quality and you don't find that anywhere else this is some of my work ON MY FIRST DAY and online! 10/10 highly recommend Jen is by far the best in the bay when it comes to lashes. I have been going to her for lashes for years now, and every time her work never fails to impress me! Being a new mom, I don't have the time that I used to for makeup, so a set of classic lashes have become part of my everyday look. It saves me so much time and effort in the mornings. Just wake up, get baby ready and go! Jen has her own line of lash products, which assured me that I am getting the very best out there! They last me about 3-4 weeks before I need to go in for a fill. The salon is extremely clean and sophisticated. The service is spot on. Basically - BZB is AMAZING and you can't go wrong with them! Jen is the truth! Haha seriously Jen is the best! My lash journey started 5 years ago & she was my first ever teacher & I'm super grateful that it was her ! She provided me with the tools that I needed & then also supported me afterwards. I'm not the type to take a leap of faith & do something I'm not 100% sure with OR spend a lot of money on something I'm not sure about but I don't have any regrets taking jen's lash courses, it's cliche but it's changed my life. I lash full time & it's a dream! Also her lash products are soo good! Try her glue! I'm not gonna say which one is my fav because I don't want it to sell out but trust me check for yourself ! read more

This this my second time taking a class with Jen. She is so caring, sweet, and passionate of what she does. I love taking her courses. I took a refresher course for volume back in 2019/2020 and we went straight into the hands on part on how to make proper volume fans. She showed me different techniques on how to pinch a fans. Couple years pass and went back and took her tint and brow lamination course and it was so much fun. Very educational she explain every little detail from the introduction on what is lamination to the anatomy and the contraindications of brow lamination. I highly recommend going to her she's so informative and at the end she tells you what you did good on (from your hands on/model ) and what you can work on!! read more

I am soooo grateful for Jen! I've been following her for many years and she had a lash class giveaway that I ended up winning! And she definitely keeps true to her word and reached me out to me right away. Before her classes, I knew nothing about lashing. She was super patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Jen provided all the necessary tools we needed and we even got to practice on a live model. She has been doing this for a long time and you can definitely tell! If you're looking for a lash teacher or lash tech, Jen is your girl! Thank you!!!! read more

Amazing amazing amazing! I have no other words other than that for my experience I got during my lash class with Jen. I had been wanting to do lash extensions for years but didn't know where to start. And then yet again I had the urge to do some research and finally make my dream a reality! From the moment I inquired about the classes until the time I left I felt like I was talking to an old friend. An old friend who really knew her stuff! I didn't feel once like I was going to leave not educated and equipped with the tools and knowledge to start my own lashing business. Jen is so patient and understand especially with someone like me with adhd who asks so many questions and second guesses herself. She reassured me when I was doing something right and corrected me if I was doing something wrong. Not once did I feel anxious with her and I'm very easily nervous when starting something new. I will for sure be back for more classes soon! I'm ready to take on the world because of her! read more
