I think that she also charged both my friend and i for the lash set above the one we purchased (I wanted classic but was charged for light hybrid, and she wanted hybrid but was charged for light full). Regardless, it still looks good, just not exactly what I asked for. (4/5 stars) **EDITED 10PM** I wanted to respect the owner's privacy, however I do think it's worth it to mention that the service is being done in a home rather than a studio. I'm aware that it can be off-putting to some clients (myself being one of them) since the current location is not the same as the permanent location. They give me the perfect amount of POP to my eyes without having to wear any eye makeup. I have stubborn straight Asian lashes, but that's not an issue for Jeannette. She does "volume lashes" for me shchi means she puts three extensions PER LASH. We were at your location, visible on your front cameras, and tried calling multiple times using the phone number listed on Google, Yelp, and in the confirmation email. No one answered, and the business appeared to be closed (we sat there for a while looking for another lash spot). If the appointment had been canceled in advance, I would have seen the notification. Instead, I received a confirmation email just the day before the appointment, which clearly indicated that it was still scheduled. I booked my appointment and went to get my lashes done. The studio is located inside the Sola Salons in Castro Valley they are located in Studio # 9. It was very clean inside and very calming. The young lady that did my lashes was professional and courteous . She knew that it was my first time so she explained the process to me. She also explained the different styles of lashes.
