I only got half a classic set done by I believe Celine and she did a great job. Prices are the same as everywhere else, not cheaper or higher. They do have different pricing depending on the lash artist. If its a Master artist you will be paying more. My lashes always look beautiful and last longer than anywhere else I've gone. They're both incredibly gentle, kind, accommodating, and great at communicating. I also love that they really listen to what I want. Whether I'm going for a cat eye, doll/open eye, or something different, they'll give me their professional advice while still making sure I get the look I'm asking for. The whole experience is also SOooooo relaxing. They play soft, relaxing music, the recliner chairs are incredibly comfortable, and they make sure you have pillows for your head and back and even a blanket. During the week of appt, they text you for a deposit via venmo ($30 for me). Then they try to re-book you for a different time than what you sign up for but they try their best to still accommodate to your schedule. I had no problem communicating with them but I feel like this should be a bit smoother just in case others may not be so flexible. The salon itself is neat and clean. They sit you on a comfy recliner chair and cover you up with a cozy blanket. Krystal was so gentle during the process. I actually dozed off a couple of times because I felt so relaxed during the lift. I didn't even know an hour was already up!
