I was surprised as I thought it included a lash bath, but she said she was done and I "could rub my eyes now." I got my lashes done here about a month ago. The place itself looks and feels clean. Also, the place itself is relaxing. They follow Covid protocols here and you get called when its your turn to enter. I really liked that, no one sitting around waiting. The location is at a strip mall that has a small parking lot, I had no problem getting parking on a evening. The lashes themselves were very well done and had good retention. I only got half a classic set done by I believe Celine and she did a great job. Prices are the same as everywhere else, not cheaper or higher. They do have different pricing depending on the lash artist. If its a Master artist you will be paying more. I have mixed feelings about my lashes, but I'm not sure if it's my tech's fault or because I have hard to work with lashes. I got extensions for the first time and asked for a natural look. My natural lashes are very thin and sparse, so I think my tech may have had difficulties working with my lashes. On top of that, I think I kept twitching my eyes while she worked on me. The whole process from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out was 2.5 hours. My stomach started grumbling during the last half hour and it was a bit embarrassing because it was very quiet in the shop. My tech was really nice and I've seen her work on Instagram. Her posts looked like she does great work, but I got the vibe she's still new at this. Overall I have nothing bad to say about the shop and their customer service (I called in after closing and they called me right back and scheduled me the next morning), but I'm docking a star because I wasn't satisfied with the results. I have some lashes that crisscross and it bugs me. 2 weeks later: I came back for a 2 week refill after the owner reached out to me and wanted to correct the issue I had regarding my review. They really made sure that I was satisfied with my lashes before I left so I'm giving them the fifth star. I went shorter in length because my lashes were hitting my glasses and could be why my lashes crossed. I bought the eye mask ($30) and went to Sephora to buy the GrandeLash serum that they recommended. I'm happy with my lashes this time. I hope I can do later refills eventually. read more

I went in for an emergency eyelash removal NOT done by The Lash Shop. I went to an unlicensed eye lash lady and paid the price! Lynda, at The Lash Shop took care of the mess and damage that was already done. She was so gentle and showed compassion towards my situation. I wish I felt the way some of this reviewers felt. I'm not new to extensions, but I had an eye infection and by the time it cleared up, I had no lashes left. I had to find someone closer to home and they came with high reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. They gave me someone new knowing that it was my first there. Took almost two hours for a classic set! I asked for a cat eye 13 to 15's. She said that was too long. I said I really liked my eyelashes long. Said that at least 3 times. I walked out barely being able to see that I had extensions. She my gave me 11 to 13's. Way too short for my fat eyelids. Needless to say I cancelled my remaining appointments and am trying a person my sister goes to. I will not return here. Not to mention, they are outrageously expensive! One week later almost no extensions left, and I'm out all that money! Ridiculous that one week ago I got a full set and tomorrow I'm paying someone else to do the job that The Lash Stop wouldn't. Lynda is amazing!! Very professional and thorough!! I unfortunately had gone somewhere else to get my lashes done and immediately hated them. They were way to long and thick looking, felt heavy, just awful. I stayed up all night frantically searching what to do now when I finally decided they needed to come off. I was able to easily book an appt. online w/ Hayley for lash removal the next day! I arrived to my appt. and the salon was really cute, very quiet, and peaceful. Soft music playing, very clean, and ample parking outside in the lot. Once Hayley got started it was clear the prior work was a mess. Eventually both Hayley and Lynda had to work their magic and try to get the lashes off. They were both gentle, kind, and patient with me while it took them an hour to remove the glue gunk on my eyes- they said it usually take 15-30min, but this was a "unique case". All along, they didn't make me feel bad, Lynda actually taught me a lot about the application process, and lengths of lashes, etc. she made it educational and didn't bash the prior lash artists either- even though she easily could've. I was so relieved when it was over and I looked like myself again!! Lynda and Hayley were so great, I most definitely will be going back to get a full set soon!!! She made me felt so comfortable and walked me through the entire process throughly. She answered all my questions and addressed all the concerns that I had brought up regarding the new set of lashes that I was committing to. Ever since then, I've been addicted! I've been seeing Yvonne for a few months now, she is probably the sweetest person I've ever met and her work is phenomenal! She's also been very flexible with my schedule which has been very helpful. I've been getting the classic set and we've recently graduated to the lashful set and I LOVE IT. My lashes last so long that I've changed my fills from 2 weeks to 3 weeks. The lashes themselves are very lightweight and I barely notice that I have extensions on. Upkeep is pretty easy, I just wash my face with a regular cleanser while going easy on the eye area. I have also incorporated brushing them a few times a day so that they are well kept. I'm a moderately active person and even when I sweat, my lashes don't fall off. I am so disappointed. After seeing my friends eyelashes I thought ok beautiful. I waited 3 weeks to get an appointment. I was clear that I like for my eyes to pop and at bare minimum look like I'm already wearing mascara. I thought the technician and I were on the same page in terms of what I was looking for. However $226 later we obviously were not. You could barely tell I had on lashes. I'm on my way out of town to an event ,of which I waited patiently to go to this salon anticipating satisfactory results for. The fact that there's no volume and everyone is asking me when am I getting my lashes done is so insulting. The workmanship in itself is ok. It's not ok when you have plans and can't have a mess fixed before so. The the only resolve is to remove and replace next week. I don't think I've ever taken a disappointment so calmly. I took in consideration her time and she's expecting but she had to see that this was unacceptable. I politely expressed my dislike and disappointment. Awesome experience! I've been going here for about a year now and I adore Yvonne! I get a lash lift approximately every 3 months with her and she is patient, gentle, friendly, and professional! The one time that my lashes were too curly, she got me in and fixed them no questions asked. I was referred here by my mom who was also a long time customer and loves the ladies who own and work at the shop! The shop is gorgeously decorated, well-maintained and clean, and they play great music. The entire vibe here is tranquil, yet uplifting. They have reasonable prices, have an easy online booking system, give you specific directions for before and after your appointment, and send appointment reminders (which is so helpful for a forgetful person like me)! The lash stop is a cute little place located inside of Lavender Salon. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the Lavender Salon Staff and was offered water and champagne, which was very nice of them. I didn't have to wait all that long until Lynda came out to greet me. She walked me into a small room and we talked about what we were going to do. After, she helped me get comfortable since a full set of classic lashes will take about an hour to an hour and a half. This was actually my first time ever to get my lashes done so I was kind of nervous since my eyes can be quite sensitive. However, Lynda was super gentle where I didn't even feel anything. Anyways, I was so comfortable that I didn't even know that I fell asleep for an hour so when I woke up, my lashes were almost done. Since I was up, I talked with Lynda for a bit and she is really nice and very personable. When I looked in the mirror after she was done, my lashes looked beautiful! Love them so much! I actually had my lashes done with her last week and I love them! A week later (today), they still look the same. I try to take care of them as well, so none of them had fallen off yet (unless I didn't notice). My eyes always looks full and nice where I don't even have to wear make up anymore. Lynda is very informative and cares about her clients. She tells you everything you need to know and how to take care of your lashes (make sure not to use oily make up or make up remover!!). She even checks up and see how your lashes are. They are just wonderful so Thank youuuuu Lynda!!! Overall, I definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to get their lashes done. I've been getting eyelash extensions for a few years. Having recently moved to the area, this was my first time at The Lash Stop. It was by far the most expensive set I've received (somewhat expected given the area), took 2x longer to apply and they lasted barely a week. I'm very careful with my face, specifically my eyes when I have lashes in order to extend their life and have always been able to keep a healthy amount intact beyond the expected timeframe. Additionally, either I received the incorrect style or their version of hybrid is other's classic. Not worth the added expense from my experience. Ok...let me start by saying that Yvonne is my savior!!! So i had got my lashes done for my wedding in July from another location. Since it was my first time...I did not know what to expect...so i left content. However on my wedding day i opted to have strip lashes put on because even though i had extensions...they were too sparse and not thick or dramatic enough for my big day. When my wedding was over, i had a few days before my honeymoon...so i decided to call Yvonne to see if she could take off my old lashes and put on a new Lashful set. She happily agreed and that was the BEST decision i could have ever made. I was so concerned with how my lashes would hold up after a removal and new set...but they came out better than i could ever imagine! Yvonne was so incredibly sweet...explaining to me what she was doing and applying the new set. It was completely painless and i was super comfortable (unlike the first location). Yvonne is amazing and makes you feel so relaxed (she even putting a pillow under my legs) while doing a meticulously job! She gave me the fluffy full dramatic cat eye i was hoping for! Needless to say...my lashes lasted all through my honeymoon in Hawaii...and still looked amazing when i got back! UNFORTUNATELY I had a severe allergic reaction on my eyelids from the glue less than 48 hours after getting my beautiful volume lashes done.
