I come back every 2-3 weeks to get a fill and she never fails to make me happy! Super affordable compared to any other lash extension place I have come across and they always look phenomenal. I've recommended her to all of my friends and many of them have become regulars. Sometimes I come in and get very natural sets, you wouldn't be able to tell that they are extensions, and other times I get thicker more dramatic sets if I have any special events coming up, she can do it all! I have been seeing Dani at QD Lashes Studio for about 3-4 months now for eyelash extensions and fills. She is professional, always on time, fast/efficient and just the sweetest person. She knows how to look at your eye shape and recommend the best eyelash style - she recommended cat-eye for me because I wear glasses. The extensions look natural and full and don't interfere or touch my glasses. I am a full-time working mom so getting my lashes done by Dani is a little luxury to make myself feel great and put together and look AWAKE even though I am always sleep deprived! Dani is very sweet and professional. She has specials that are very affordable if you want to try lashes but don't want to or can't make the large investment. I enjoyed my service but the lashes felt stiff and looked very plasticky. I would return if the lashes were of better quality. Hi. I have NEVER left a negative review for any business. I do wish they were more reasonable here because I was trying to work with them for their benefit I really believe in supporting small local businesses and I just wanted them to know that it's hard to follow their policies if there's only one appointment time, more than a full week before (which wasn't going to work w my MD) to choose! I merely suggested they add another technician for their success. I only decided to post here because their response hwas very out of the blue. Dani thanked me for coming back when I wasn't happy with my first set. So, I felt completely comfortable letting them know they can't really expect people to be able to come in within 21 days with only one available appointment time, more than a week before their deadline. I was following their lead about letting them know when I thought something was amiss. In response to the owners posting, it is actually not accurate. I did reschedule my appointment. I have a life, a family, a job and stage 4 cancer, that's why I need lashes! I tried to reschedule a week and a half before the 21 days. I wanted to come in at 11 instead of 10 because it was too early for me to get there in time after an oncology appointment. They had an opening at 11 but wouldn't provide it for some reason. It was NOT for 10:30. It was not a few days before. I did NIT tell Dani I was happy with my first set. There was no time to even look at them because the next person was already there. Also, at two weeks after the application day I have virtually no lashes left. I was super careful. I didnt get them wet for 7 days, washing around them. I finally had to take s shower to wash my hair but was very careful. I never applied any makeup the entire time not to stress them. So, this may be typical with all extensions but they do not last 3 weeks! They don't last 2, with extreme care. Also, read the YELP reviews very carefully and look at the names. Many of them seem like family members or even the same person. It's too bad this had to go so far. I truly wanted them to do well and I still hope they do, just don't expect to be able to follow their policies unless you don't have much else going on in your life except your eyelashes! read more
