She was able to give me the time & day I was looking for (which was the only time & day I was available). I go in and everyone working there was so warm and welcoming, which to be honest, it's pretty hard to find nowadays. I sat down, adjusted my chair and Jessica started working on my eyelashes. It took about an hr and a half. I absolutely LOVE how my eyelashes came out. I have her number saved in case I have any questions or concerns, which again, great customer service in my opinion. I was also skeptical about my natural lashes falling off and the maintenance. I decided to go for it and try it out. When I first met Liz (at another location), I was loving her beautiful lashes! She was so informative... She gave me tips on how to care for them, to use Grande Lash Serum (Which I'm now a firm believer in & love it), & to start with the classic set to see how my natural lashes would hold. I didn't need to use any eyeliner or mascara. It was such a game changer! I did my bi weekly classic fills for 2 months and decided to try the hybrid lashes. I absolutely LOVED them more! I received so many compliments. I was now hooked and couldn't live without them. Liz was my only go to lash artist! She is the best! Unfortunately she moved locations and I didn't know how else to find her. It was upsetting at first that the other studio wouldn't tell me where she went. But my instincts kept searching and it came true! After 3 long months, (luckily for Yelp) I found her as I was browsing through lash studios around me. I was so elated and booked my hybrid lash appointment with her that same day. It felt so good to catch up and finally get the lashes I wanted again. The lash lift is also wonderful when you are taking a break from Lash extensions. Thank you Liz for always doing such an amazing job! I'm going to Disneyland for the weekend and didn't want to wear too much makeup, so I decided to give eyelash extensions a try, and they look AMAZING! I am so happy with the results! They give me the perfect amount of POP to my eyes without having to wear any eye makeup. My natural lashes are super sparse and grow straight down, so I always have to curl them and apply mascara, or for any special occasions I'll wear falsies. I've been seeing her for almost a year now (I come regularly every 3 weeks) and she is TRULY THE BEST! She uses the best quality products and is just amazing. I have stubborn straight Asian lashes, but that's not an issue for Jeannette. She does "volume lashes" for me shchi means she puts three extensions PER LASH. I get compliments almost daily on my lashes. For my wedding, Jeannette made them a little longer and it was perfect! She is a superstar.
