Brian came to meet with us, look at the house and property layout, and suggest various options. Recognizing and appreciating the home's age and historical significance, he proceeded to provide recommendations that would avoid or minimize drilling into the concrete walls and hard wood floors as well as keep the wiring out of sight. The Simply Wired team was amazing! They first focused on troubleshooting the phone landline and ports and found various fixes that needed to be made including up on the roof at the entry point of the phone service line. Once all the phones were working, his team proceeded to crawl into spaces in the basement and attic to route wiring throughout the home, which was a difficult and dirty task on a hot day. They successfully installed a router and multiple access points and drops and made adjusts as needed based on signal strength and reliability. The Simply Wired team was professional, responsive, thorough, and clean throughout the entire job. We have worked with other contractors over the years in various fields where the service and quality were lacking, but working with Brian and Ramon was an absolute delight, and I highly recommend Simply Wired.

While I connected and labeled the patch cables myself, his home run keystone runs were exceptionally tidy. I would hire him in a second for any future drops.

If there's one thing I've learned, it's to trust Telcomtec to get the job done right. No matter the size or location of the project, they've consistently delivered quality work. On every job where I hired Telcomtec, I was glad I did and on the few where I didn't, I regretted it. Even in remote areas where I thought a local vendor would suffice, it always ended up being worth it to bring Telcomtec in. Even on smaller bids. Their pricing is extremely fair, they're flexible, and they always make sure the job is done right the first time. Highly recommended.

Their prices ($) are more than fair, especially given the personalized attention they give when servicing their customers. Their team of field specialists did an outstanding installation job on my 8 camera security system. In today's work world, you frequently get people who do not show up at all or at the time promised or once they have your money ignore you. In addition to being experts at their game, TelComTec is very reliable. Bottom line: You can't & won't find a better team of camera installation specialists in the area. Trust me, I met with others and have shopped TelComTec's prices & no one else out there compares.

I was helped by Ryan and David, both were super friendly and helpful. But to get the "up to $750 refund" they only accepted a trade-in of an iPhone 6 or higher. Total bummer because we have a 5s. We live in Oside and switching to T-Mobile home internet from Cox was the right move for us- we went from 70mbps WiFi to over 300mbps, and also have a Mesh WiFi so I can get way better coverage distribution in the house. Also T-mobile has this pass point WiFi that lets me hve service in places I used to not before- like the basement at the hospital I work in. Luke was kind enough to help my wife's phone get paid off- to oversee the switching of two phone carriers- ATT and Mint mobile, and also getting us poised for trade ins and the incentives Costco gives for switching. The amount of freebies, credits and rebates is surprising. And the home WiFi with T-Mobile is way better than Cox was. Thanks Luke for having a visit to the phone company be an easy one!
