I recently purchased a car here, and will never go back. I talked to one of the guys, Nick, on the phone about a car I was interested in, he made the car sound great! New parts, no accidents, no rust, and only needs a $120 muffler for safety. Mind you, this is what his mechanic told him, so I believed he knew what he was talking about. The car looked great when I came to his shop to see it. He was asking $2600 as is, and only charged me $2850, with tax and licensing included. Now the problem with that is the total with tax alone should be $2938 plus licensing. Something doesn't add up. Now after purchasing the car, he than tells me "the car was in a small accident on the right rear side of the car" and gives me the Car Proof, AFTER I paid for the car. I took my car straight to a shop in my home town, and he tells me its $1169 to get a safety on the car and the muffler alone is $365, instead of what Nick said would be $120 tops. I took it to another shop for a second opinion and got the same price, roughly. The biggest issue is the right rear coil spring is broken in half, and the radiator support has rotted out completely, to the point the rad could fall out of the car at anytime. Scary. I was told there was no rust and the suspension is "good and tight". So I called Nick the next day so find out why he lied to my face about many aspects of this car, he tells me, the shops I took it to are "making up problems that aren't really there". He said if I bring the car to him today, and today only, he would fix everything for $400 tops, including safety. That is almost a third of the price of both shops in my home town. The thing that bothered me was, he said he wouldn't be able to get his hands on a new coil spring or radiator support today, and his mechanic would just "look passed that". I will never deal with this place again. They will lie to your face, and even if you do buy a vehicle certified, there is no telling how safe it actually is. Odds are his mechanic just "looked passed" a few things just to save some money. Please stay away read more
