The whole interaction was awkward and his attitude is NASTY, constantly giving dirty looks (to my toddler that was present as well) Though there was quite a few options, I believe one or two out of the whole lot had a sold sign but told us to come back because he would be picking more vehicles up from the auction, we came back with cash in hand, my husband stepped out and asked him how much and he gave a price, we asked him when it could be ready like hello that's a question anyone is going to ask. This man says "I don't know, get someone else to take your money" like excuse me sir? We were trying to do business with this grumpy man, glad we did take our money elsewhere because regardless or the horrible things we heard about him, we still tired to give him the benefit of the doubt. Dealer: It will take a week and half or two weeks max to finish, I have already ordered the bumper, just need to paint it and attach it. (After a week and half) Dealer: The bumper hasn't arrived yet so more time is needed. (After a week) Dealer: Some medical emergency surgery came, shop closed. (Another week) Dealer: The bumper has arrived but company sent unpainted so I need to paint it.(this was the deal all along) (After a week and taking a bus all the way to his place) Dealer: The car is in body shop, the body shop is taking long.(came here for nothing, he didn't say this over text) (After a few days and again going to his place) Dealer: The car is ready but I haven't gone to licensing place to get the papers ready. (Another week) Dealer: The car is here but let the paint dry over night.(one more day) (Next Day, got the car) Me: why didn't you attach the front number plate to bumper and where is the shift knob and accessories ? Dealer: the paint is new so it will crack if I put the plate. I'll order the shift knob, it will come next week. I will give you accessories with it.(temporary shift knob with tape and metal ball) (After a week) Dealer: The delivery hasn't arrived yet, it will come in a few days. (After a few days and driving to his place) Dealer: The delivery has arrived at fedx place but I need to go pick it up. Me(frustrated): okay, i'll wait here, you go pick up the knob. Dealer: It's actually in Ajax not local fedx.(what kind of delivery is that ?) Me: At least give me the other accessories... Dealer: I'll give you those with the knob together. (After each week of asking, He stopped replying to my texts) (After a month, today I went there) Dealer: the knob and accessories are in my Toronto shop which is closed due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). It will open after everything settles down. (How convenient!!! Giving up hope! Also I was told the price for licensing will be 80-200 dollars, charged me 250 dollars. When I took it in they patched the tire and said the rest was fine. It kept squeaking and when I asked they wouldn't allow me to get a second opinion from another dealership through their warranty, even though the squeaking is unbearable. Now fast forward 2 weeks and I noticed a large leak at the front of the car, and had to have the axle replaced for $650. This mechanic found the issues right away and said the squeaking and rattling is from the drive shaft, which I also need replaced. Long story short I'm going to be $1500+ in the hole, less than 2 months after buying the car fully certified. The salesman seems very kind but that's about the only good thing of my whole experience with them so far. UPDATE: all the repairs added up to $3100, less than 2 months after buying the vehicle. Murad auto offered me $300 (less than 10% of the repairs) to take my review down, to which I declined

I only signed the day before but they illegaly told me that my deposit was gone. This is illegal. A customer can have 24 hours to change/go back on his contract. The fine prints were not explained by pushy salesman Ignazio Battaglia. He had the paper turned towards him and reading it while saying sign here, here and then turning the paper towards me. I was not given an opportunity to read the document on the spot. The next day I called early that morning to tell them the car was out of my budget but they told me I lost my deposit because they took the car out for cleaning and "preparing it for the sales" and it cost $1000 to do this!. I was shocked. I drove there and spoke with Iggy who said to speak with his manager Frank Amerato. Frank only returned $500 when I could not get the money to purchase his car. They must have done it to many other customer if they cannot remember nor see records. They suck. I hate pickard lane leasing.

I saw a flash of a king ranch and a bunch of other trucks so as a last resort I pulled in ( pickard land) went in and was greeted right away by their sales guy Iggy, gave my needs and wants and took a walk through their HUGE selection, and decided on a great truck just what was looking for and more. After going through the financing process which was fast and easy I got nervous about the truck and what not ... Just the gitter-bug about a big purchase... Even after signing the ownership and financing Iggy and frank were more than helpful and were willing to forget the sale just to keep me happy... And after doing my reaseach locally to local dealerships (ford/ dodge/ Chevy) I was blown away with great reviews! So I went ahead with the sale and I couldn't have made a better desision!
