She finally found a medication that is showing great results after years of different meds that never worked, I only got worse. This new med is showing improvement with every dose. Unfortunately it's very difficult to get coverage for the medication and Maggie is going above and beyond for me to stay on this course of treatment that's actually working! Since the improvement, she has also been able to start treating my alopecia which is so huge! I've been suffering for many years, seen multiple dermatologists, tried so many different meds and now I finally feel like I'm getting proper treatment. At my most recent visit, I checked in as usual and was then called back to the front desk and told-- for the first time--that they now require a credit or debit card to be kept on file. I was not informed of this policy in advance when scheduling my appointment. I explained that I do not have a card on file, but I was fully prepared to pay my copay at the time of the visit, as I always have. Despite that, I was refused care. What was most concerning was not just the policy itself, but how it was handled: - No prior notice of the change - Being told only after check-in - No accommodation offered, even for a long-time patient in good standing I later confirmed this is a corporate policy and no exceptions are made. Patients should be aware that even if you are willing and able to pay at the time of service, you may be denied care if you do not provide a card on file. The office staff and billing department at this facility are easily some of the rudest, most…read moreunprofessional people I have ever dealt with. ​If you have an issue, don't expect help. The front desk gives you the run-around and forces you to call other numbers rather than taking ownership and solving the problem. To make matters worse, the office/billing manager is incredibly condescending. ​The tipping point was being charged a "missed appointment fee" for an error they made. When they called to confirm my insurance info, they explicitly told me verbally that my appointment was on Tuesday. When I showed up/followed up, they claimed it was a different day and slapped me with a fee for their own mistake. ​The incompetence doesn't stop there. They refused to deal with my secondary insurance, ignoring the clear instructions on the card because they didn't want to do their part and contact them. ​As for the actual medical care, it's a joke. They spend about five minutes with you just to rush you out with a basic Walmart formulary prescription. They clearly prioritize high patient turnover over quality care and basic respect. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually knows how to run an office.

We had to wait outside until she unlocked the door. Her desk was a mess and she had trouble finding the intake form. We had to wait longer while she set up. It might just be my standards, but I think it shows professionalism and seriousness when the workspace is clean, clear and ready for business when your client arrives, especially to make a good first impression. Then, during the facial, while the mask was setting, she made a personal phone call where we could overhear her discussion. The extractions were quite painful and my daughter winced and moved her feet quite a bit to get through it. The appointment itself was close to 2 hours long. Once again, Denyse was friendly and I like her integrative approach but overall we do not recommend nor will be returning.
