She's doing well on the food so we decided to leave her on it a bit longer before transitioning her to something more easily accessible, so I had to find a Tractor Supply store near Ann Arbor when she began to run low. Luckily this shop, which I hadn't known existed prior to a Yelp search, was just several miles down the road from us on Jackson. I wasn't really familiar with Tractor Supply stores prior to the puppy so these shops were pretty new to me. After I left the store, my mom asked me how it was and I told her it was pretty much like an ACE Hardware but with an animal care section and more of a focus on gardening and farming. Not a huge shop like a Menards or Home Depot or anything but with plenty of items you'll need to care for your home, garden, and animals (both domestic and farm). Since it's spring there were a ton of gardening supplies featured, including tools, dirt and mulch, as well as bulbs, seeds and plants. I didn't dig TOO deep into the shop since I was in a hurry (had to get back to the puppy!) but I look forward to exploring more now that I know it's nearby.
