Driving through Munising and saw this cute little brewery on the corner of 2 streets and of course being 11 am, we just had to stop in! They had a nice selection of 2 IPAs, a cream ale, an Oktoberfest and a couple others. I really liked the Oktoberfest and the Perro Muerto. The people working here were really friendly, helpful and just easy to talk to. There's an outdoor seating area along with a few tables indoors. You can order food from next door, paninis and such. We are tourists and thought this was well worth the stop! read more

Sat outside and there was live music. Very friendly staff. Totally pet friendly! Brought my dog and they brought dog treats and a water bowl. Had the stout, which was good. Another person in my party had a flight and liked almost all the beers. They also have really good root beer on tap. Would recommend this place and definitely go here again. read more

Nice outdoor patio. Good beer. Decent prices. Shared a turkey/apple/brie sandwich from deli owned next door owned by same person. Guy working 8/29 was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated how often he was going around wiping down tables (and drying them off from rain) and checking in with people. Personal favorite was stout. read more

Came here over the weekend with my fiancé and it was one of my favorite stops! They have a very nice outdoor patio, as well as multiple tables inside. You walk up to the bar inside to get your drink, and then seat yourself. They also have a deli attached, or you can bring your own food in from outside. I got the blueberry/apple cider and it was delicious! My fiancé had to try a few different kinds before he found one he liked, but they were nice enough to let him try samples! By the time we left they were at full capacity, so I'm glad we got here when we did. The people behind the bar were soooo nice. I can't wait to come back here next time I am in the area! If you pass through this town and do not stop here you are cheating yourself. The food is incredible and the beer even better. Such a wide selection and as they say every single beer is drinkable not matter what your taste. Wines and ciders made in house are some of the best as well. If all my travels this is one of the best in the country. You would think you were in Aspen or Jackson Hole. This place is a true diamond in the rough. read more

I stopped in here for a beer and I was blown away. Their selection was really unique; I had 4 different drafts and they were all pretty amazing. The bartenders were both very friendly, great conversation and they were great brand ambassadors for the brewer (I assume named George). Nice vibe and lighting. There is a patio too, no heaters yet though. Connected to a Deli next door, you can get food delivered too! If you're in the area, or at Pictured Rocks, definitely stop in!!! read more

Great place to stop for a beer before heading out onto the water. We were pleasantly surprised by the beer quality and options for a small and (I think) newer brewery in tiny Munising, and also loved our sandwiches from the deli that's connected to them. The gentleman who served our beers was very warm and friendly. We tried another brewery nearby, as well as bars ranging from Marquette to Manistique, and they were nowhere near as welcoming as this one. If you're an out of towner looking for a quality beer and sandwich in Munising, look no further. read more

This place is really damn good. Had the staff pick out the top ones on the menu for my flight. Every one of the beers was really good. The October fest and Dad Bod double IPA were my favorite. I grew up in Grand Rapids and was privileged enough to see a lot of small batch breweries take off. This one has that same vibe and could thrive in any city. Staff and locals were all very hospitable and friendly like most yooper towns. Prices are surprisingly good. Also there was a great local acoustic duo playing great music. There are a couple breweries in Munising but this one separates itself from others. I enjoyed it a lot better than Kewanaw and I liked most of By George compared to Black Rock. Black Rock IPA is still amazing though. Just go support a really special small batch brewery. It's great. Great outdoor seating when it's nice out too. read more

Visited several times during a recent stay in the Munising and had a great time. All the beers we tried were great. No food onsite, but there is a deli nearby and owners seemed to be okay with bringing in outside food if the deli was closed. Service was very friendly and brewery had a very neighborhood bar sort of vibe to it, which made it a great place to unwind. read more
