They have some add ons, but they aren't pushy about them. They also give you an ice cold bottle of water and a Lindt truffle at the end of your massage - nice touch! I do wish they had a relaxation room instead of just waiting out in the main lobby, but it's not essential. I've been very happy at Elements, and have forced myself to make time to get the massages that I desperately need for pain relief and overall well-being. I also was happy with the therapist wiping my back down after the massage was over with a clean towel so I didn't feel so oily. Only downfall was I purchased a couples massage and was told when booking the appointment if we wanted a couples room there would be a 15$ room upcharge fee. We ended up saving money and just got separate rooms.
