Melissa (manager) and Nicole remembered us from different times and why we came in, in the past which was amazing and felt personable! I love the genuine conversation and time spent shopping for both myself and my hubby. Nicole helped me pick out some amazing outfits with the right fit and Melissa ensured my hubby got the right fit of jeans for a style he hasn't tried before. Everyone in the store was kind and the selection is always great! Already planning a visit back in to get more items for the fall/winter and even NFR

She was training a new employee on the process of sending out jewelry for repair. The system was giving them a hard time, yet she was incredibly patient with the process, and thorough. I was so comfortable, I stuck around after they got me taken care of because I wanted to hang out and try on rings. I enjoyed talking with Tiffany so much that I will be a customer for life of hers. She displayed exemplary customer service and mentoring skills. Helzberg would only succeed in keeping her around, they better take care of her the way she took care of me. Tiffany is smart. Tiffany is funny and kind. Tiffany is knowledgeable and very good at her job. Keep Tiffany around.

It's always fun to browse or to go in with a specific need, most likely they'll have it. Customer service is what made this trip the icing on the cake. I mentioned that I've been in previous trips and that items haven't rung up right and I noticed it when I got home. She said don't worry I'll hit the extra sale off. I said that's not what's happened, if the, "plate" or whatever item isn't rang in at the sale price than the 40% off isn't as helpful. She said I understand. She then checked that each item rang in correctly and then did the additional 40% off. She asked if I would like the receipt with me? I told her she did a perfect job and there's no need for me to review it. Her other co-worker finished up and asked if she could help wrap. I had two gift items separate from mine and they made sure to make them so cute!! Thanks again, I really enjoyed working with you both, not to sound too old but you really gave me hope for future generations, what an example.

The 40% off at Escada created a U-turn and so it began,,,again. Going through lots of wonderful items (some on sale, some not) zeroed in on a cranberry color leather jacket I thought looked great. Miss Robin was super helpful taking her time looking for the correct sizes, answering questions, and overall very courteous. Mind you, it was almost closing time, but we did not feel rushed in the least. Paired the jacket with an Escada white shirt and we were off to the races! They offered a glass of champagne but we turned it down (wha?!) seeing the mall was on closing countdown. Overall, a great store with items to die for, helpful patient staff, and my favorite ~ alcohol. I'll be back!

There are only a few stores that…read morewe can actually afford clothes from at the Biltmore (Macy's, bebe, Banana Republic), but hey, we want to rub elbows with the rich folks, so we like to browse Saks, Ralph Lauren and Cartier on occasion. Believe it or not, on this last shopping trip we actually did stop in Escada and buy something. Granted it was a $70 bottle of their moon sparkle perfume - but hey it was something! We had a ball in the store trying on sunglasses, purses, belts and jackets, but only left with the perfume. Well, the stores credit card machine was down that day and they had to take down our address and write us a hand written receipt. A few days later the saleslady mailed us a hand written note that said, "It was so nice to see you young ladies feel so at home and enjoy the store. Come back and see us soon!" That was such a nice and personal touch and if I ever win the lotto I will be sure to stop back in and give Escada my biz. 5 stars for great service!

I did some web searches and contacted Chuck from CT and he was able to come out quickly for a walkthrough. After that he and his team handled everything. They inventoried the contents of the home, sorted it into lots of single or multiple items and posted it all on the auction site. On pickup day they took care of being onsite to distribute the items to the winning bidders, and even put together a table of remaining items for these winners to pick through, generating a few hundred dollars more revenue. After that they completely cleared out what was left in the home, leaving it ready for a cleaning crew. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caring Transitions of C.A.

Try them on and decide I want to buy them, only to be told an employee sold two different sizes to someone, so the only pair left in store was 2 different sizes. They offered to ship them to me so I accepted and paid there. When I get the boots 6 days later, they have a couple scuffs and aren't packed like they're brand new. They look like someone's return. I blow it off and try them on in my house, and decide they are also super uncomfortable and I wouldn't be able to wear them. Had zero time to make it BACK to the mall or the post office to return them until 56 DAYS later, still within the 60 day return window. So I make a special trip to the mall and explain everything. The employee kind of acts like she doesn't believe me and then looks at her computer and says 'the system' won't' 'let' her process the return because it's been longer than 60 days. I had proof of when they were ordered and when I received them, but she wouldn't budge. I asked to speak to a manager and she said I am one. THAT is how a manager handles customer service? A human cannot use their common sense to override 'the system'? Does anyone know how to use their own brain these days? Thanks for wasting my time. I processed the return through the corporate phone number and I won't shop at this store again.
