I saw someone mentioned Bad Brads and I really didn't know he did other pest. The first thing I did was call him and left a voicemail. Brad called me back ASAP, within that hour back. He just completed the work and took down an old wasp nest as well. Gave me comfort by providing me with information on what will happen and knowledge on how the wasp nest work (I won't lie, I've been terrified for a few days). We will be calling him back to treat a carpenter ant issue soon, but I would recommend contacting him first before you contact a "known" company. He has great service, can most of the time get you in the next day or two depending on his schedule and his pricing is very reasonable. That Wednesday 4:00pm comes and goes with no exterminator arriving and no call from American Pest Management. When we called them to find out why they were running late, we were told that they had no record whatsoever of our call or appointment. We asked them if they could send someone out now, but they felt it was too close to quitting time to be bothered with customer service. The best they could do was ask to schedule us two days from now at 10:00am, you know, when everyone is at work!
