The worker at the register didn't hesitate and got out the mop and towels and cleaned it up within minutes. I didn't even have to ask, and he said they'd of course get him another glass of milk. I was impressed and the server was just a kid himself, and was truly so nice. I spent about another hour here and ordered several more items. The coffee was tasty. The food was good and the vibe was relaxing. I love the floor to ceiling windows that bring in the natural light. The place was packed and had such a good energy. We'll keep coming back!

The line can get long but it moves quicky. They offer a pretty basic menu of food options and standard coffee shop offerings. I picked up a bag of their keystone blend. It was fantastic. The bag didn't really open well. But I ended up just putting it into a plastic baggie. I did love that they offered me a free drip coffee with the purchase of the coffee beans. The bags are pricey at $20 a bag. But it truly is a good brew.

I recently decided to turn in my CDL and head back into the office, which allows me more time to get my workouts in and perfect my look. Normally, when I pick up something new, I do a lot of research; I dive all in. I'm glad I "dived into" coffee. When you're a truck driver, you usually hit truck stops where the coffee isn't great. However, being diverse and cultured, I started trying coffee in Latin communities. I noticed they used special machines, which sparked my interest. I eventually started visiting specialty coffee shops. Most of the places I get food from don't open until 10:00 AM, but coffee shops are open much earlier. That's how I found Passenger Coffee here in Lancaster. I knew it was going to be a great spot the moment I walked in; it was clean, inviting, and smelled amazing. A friendly employee greeted me with a smile, and their pastry display looked great. I told her I was new to coffee--only about two months in--but that I was enjoying trying different kinds. I explained how I normally take my coffee and mentioned that the last time I had one, it had foam on top. She gave me a small coffee to try, as well as one with foam (a latte or cappuccino). I think that's all I want to drink from now on! I used to make fun of people who said, "Don't talk to me until I've had my first cup," but now I finally understand why. I highly recommend this place for the excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the location. The pricing is affordable, too. I hope my review helps!

I prefer my coffee beverages on the sweet and sugary side, and Aura's are perfect. The employees are always friendly and efficient. It can sometimes take a bit to get your order during busy times since there's typically only one person working, but they work quickly and it's worth the wait. There's both inside and outside seating, and you can get your order inside or through a walk up window. There's also a restroom available to customers. Aura is a must visit for me whenever I'm in Lancaster.

However, I wanted to try a bagel from Courthouse Bakery, but they were closed even though they said they open at 7:00 AM. It was only 7:32 AM when I pulled the door, only to find out, of course, it was closed. So, I did a quick Google search and did my research--as most people do not--and found out that there was another bagel spot right around the corner that also sold breakfast and coffee. Just like a New Yorker, I didn't drive my car; instead, I decided to take a walk to the other bagel spot. Well, I must say, I am not impressed. However, the score for this place is a 3.7 out of 5, only because it's a nice location, the employees have smiley faces, and the place is very clean!
