    INCORRECT FALSE BILLING WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUSAL TO REMEDY:…read more I'd like to start by stating that we are a small dental office and have been using Aqua Falls for years, which became assumed by Culligan. We have worked with them combined for over ten years. We utilize them for a water cooler rental, 5-gallon jugs, and distilled water for autoclaves. Service has been OK until recent when account inquiries were made over faulty/incorrect billing. I have honestly NEVER dealt with the extreme rudeness and lack of resolve as I have in dealing with Karen over two phone calls myself and one with my front desk team member. I initially inquired because we noted we had a monthly bill of $8.15 for a "3 BURNER POUROVER" per statement. My coworker called to inquire, and was advised that it was a coffee pot/service and we have been billed since 10/1/2017 (it is now 2026)! We do not have the coffee pot on hand, never did, and I assume it is a large commercial 3-pot setup. We have 8 employees max daily and do not even have a need for a coffee pot aside from our rarely-utilized Keurig in the office. Additionally, no other service, coffee, etc has ever been offered for the 3 BURNER POUROVER. It is partially my fault for not seeing the bill as we have been on autopay, but there has been no resolve with Culligan. When I spoke to Karen about the item and told her that we do not have the item and never did, she stated "well it says here you do!" in an abrasive fashion. I initially thought that it was a billing error that could easily be resolved. She did state that she would inquire about it and call back but never did follow-up after waiting approximately one week. When I called back to follow-up she again stated that "it says you have it, and you can do a buy-out for $50 if you don't want it". I again reiterated that we did not receive the item and have never had it in possession but Karen would not remedy the issue and refused to change her status on the issue. Doing the quick math we are well over $700 for a larger commercial coffee service that is fraudulent billing for an item that we do not have, and the refusal to address the matter and resolve. I may be doing a chargeback at this time since no resolve as well. Long story short, I would avoid Culligan. In speaking with other medical professionals that had their service prior, many have switched due to poor service as well. We have been a client for over ten years but have now moved to Alpine due to Karen's incompetence and lack of service. As a business owner myself I am appalled at how this was handled. I have filed a complaint with BBB, left a review on Google, and will be sure to let anyone in the market know of our experience.
